5 bedroom house in Annecy between town and countryside

10 minutes from the city center and already in nature, facing the Semnoz, our house style year 30, is characterized by the charm that emanates.
It is a haven of peace that we offer to tenants: a fireplace to watch the fire, good books and many comics.

The House consists of 5 bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space.
1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
2 bedrooms are equipped with a single bed each.
1 bedroom is equipped with two singles.
The House has 2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle.
A companion robot offers gourmets the possibility to cook small dishes and desserts.

Bored children? A room full of playmobils is dedicated to them (Wifi is also available).
Some good current and quality board games allow young and old to find themselves around a game board. The living room has a TV and DVD player (children’s cartoons and good family movies).

The Semnoz slopes are 20 minutes away, unless you prefer to register for a horse training course at the equestrian centre in the immediate vicinity.

The Conciergerie du Lac will be delighted to welcome you for your stay in Annecy. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Sheets & towels will be provided for your arrival.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Do not hesitate to come with your bikes, Annecy and its Lake offers many access dedicated to 2 wheels.
