There are 1-2 parking spots on the driveway per unit plus additional non-restricted street parking. The King bedroom is EnSuite with a full bath. There is also a Queen-sized cot that can be set up in the family room (linens included).

The brand-new full kitchen features all you would need for your stay, from the appliances to the cookware and serving sets for 6 guests. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
