The porch and balcony are where you will spend most of your time on the rocking chairs or comfy outdoor couch taking in the Chesapeake Bay. The back patio and gardens offer alfresco dining with a gas grill and a beautiful teak umbrella table with seating for six.

The warm living area looks out to the Bay with a large comfy couch, swivel chairs, and a gas fireplace. Spend relaxing evenings on the amazing stone porch with Adirondack rockers - take in the famous Annapolis sailboat races from there and the second-floor balcony! The lower-level rec room has a big couch that converts to a queen sleeper, two comfy chairs with ottomans, a game table and four chairs, a large screen TV, and a wet bar. The large and bright kitchen is open to the rest of the main floor for continuous views of the Bay. All top-of-the-line, brand-new appliances, gorgeous cabinetry and surfaces, an eat-in kitchen bar with seating, a prep island with sink, and a wall-mounted kitchen TV. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for 10-12 or dine alfresco on the back deck on the large teak table with an umbrella for shade.

The Ship's Bridge My opinion, some good and some bad. Please read all. While at a restaurant toasting my dear mother’s 80th birthday and enjoying the company of my family, I received an annoying text to take out the trash. I was really upset by this. It totally ruined my mood. I recommend having this type of information written down for guests. In my opinion management should have handled trash removal. I’m not opposed to removing our trash but there were three carts filled with maintenance materials to include air filters. (Not my job)No one even instructed us where to find the bins. There was conflicting guest information located in three different areas: an outdated guestbook (which included an expired certificate) a framed sheet and text messages Difficult entry Primary bath toilet had a pink ring of mold Two dead light bulbs in primary bath Trundle bed very heavy (solid wood, no whees) to pullout. Absolutely no room to open closet (had to move chair into hallway) In the kitchen the light bulbs need to be replaced and should be of the same color ( There is a mixture of warm and cool in the same fixture) Dishwasher not installed properly was falling forward. Ventilation wouldn’t turn on. All three Ventilation hood lights need to be replaced Front Left gas wouldn’t stop clicking once lit and gas reduced to the desired level. Griddle was rusty and unusable Cobwebs and grease all over vent hood Pans unusable No matching wine glasses Good View, location, furniture& art

Almost perfect - wonky door locks and issues with property management communication
Let me start by saying that this is house is utterly beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again - however, we did encounter three issues: 1) The door locks are very wonky and frustrating. You are supposed to keep the front door locked and use the back door for entry and exit. There is a code, but you have to pull the door very hard towards you and turn the knob at the perfect angle to get it to work. When we went to check in on the first day, it took us 10 minutes and a phone call to get inside. Additionally, it was a little inconvenient using the back door during heavy rain and wind because we had to walk around the house to get to the cars. Not a dealbreaker, though. 2) The upstairs hallway bathroom toilet wasn't working when we arrived; there was no water in the tank and it wouldn't flush. We contacted management right away, but two days later maintenance still hadn't given us a call despite being promised it would be taken care of. I finally called management back after some unsuccessful texting back-and-forth and the woman asked me to check the tank again - at which point the issue had resolved itself. (Apparently the tank sometimes doesn't fill during certain weather conditions due to the well system? I didn't really understand what she meant.) 3) The listing photos show a playground, so I assumed there would be one in the neighborhood, but we could never find it and we did look around. I even asked management and they didn't know.

Great house with an even better view
This house was a great fit for our 2 families. Very spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood to walk around in and the process to check in and out off was very easy. The communication was very quick with responses whenever we needed something. Great trip and the views out the front porch were beautiful.
