Welcome to our stylish new construction in the heart of Annapolis! Our home features high ceilings, contemporary decor, and a 75" TV. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Relax on the patio with a firepit and grill. Full Sonos system and laundry area available.

Close to downtown Annapolis and its historic charm, this location offers easy access to local shops, restaurants and attractions. We are a short drive to the Naval Academy, Stadium, and the Chesapeake Bay.

Experience the comfort and convenience of our three-story home in the heart of Annapolis, Maryland. Perfect for families, groups, or business travelers, this spacious residence offers a variety of sleeping arrangements across three floors, ensuring a restful stay for everyone.

Parking will never be an issue with our 2 car driveway and ample street parking, but it is good to note that the garage is locked for storage purposes.
