"1st impression. No one to greet at arrival. There was only one thin guy who addresses guest by "yeah, what u want? Bad language and attitude. Shocking. No basic manners. Then the rest is history. The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude. In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. "We had a small baby accompanying us for the visa interview. Our train was to leave at a later time and we asked for some extra grace time. Initially the staff was uncompromising on our situation. However, the Hotel manager Mr. Balaji was very helpful. Full marks for the hotel manager and none for his other uncompromising staff, who did not even care when we said we had a small baby and wanted to charge double the room rent."

"A great place to stay in Chennai, couple of good points and one downer. Overall it felt slightly a business hotel but with alot of colonial heritage. It had a nice (though hot pool) to relax at, more importantly it had an amazing restaurant called Rivertree tucked away that has delicious tasting menus and not too pricey. Go there. Radisson GRT Airport stay

"Everything about our one night stay was wonderful. Wished we could have stayed more. We really enjoyed the casual dining bar and the pizza's. We were not giving the gold card at checkin and therefore missed the various offers. The Assistant catering manager at the bar was excellent and was very apologetic. He took time out to speak with us and explain. The service to the airport in the morning at 4.15am was excellent including the porterage and the car. Thank you Radisson yet again but wished we could have had the free leg massage after a 6 hour journey! "
