This four bedroom house - boasts 3 king bedrooms, one queen and a pull out couch-. Large heated pool w/sun shelf- large hot tub spa. TWIN FAMILY ROOMS, perfect for spreading the families out, washer & dryer, outdoor grill- all this is just steps from the northern most point on Anna Maria Island.

We loved the property, the location was the best, and the property owner was fantastic! If you’re looking for a place to kick back in the pool or hot tub and a short 2 min walk to the beach this is it.

Easy checkin. Even an early checkin. Comfy beds. Cold a/c. Stainless appliances. Cool pool. Lots of outdoor space. Everything clean. For those of you wanting a modern fancy beach house, this is an old Floridian style home like the beach houses in Key West. All you need. The comfort scored big! Close to bean point too!

A sweet beach house
This is a roomy and comfortable property in a great area walking distance from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Great pool with plenty of towels. A few things to note: you are going to have to buy everything-even things that you would expect to be provided like hand soap and toilet paper. It’s not really convenient to go to buy these things either. The listing says that check out is at 10:30 but the manual in the house says 10:00 with no exceptions.

Perfect location and very clean home
We throughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have stayed in. The location was just a block away from a gorgeous beach where we enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins. After spending time at the beach, we were able to relax in the pool, cook on the grill, and relax in one of the two living spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, house just ok
The location of the house is great. We love the north end of the island. The house was just ok. The photos don't really do it justice. The remodeling job was not great to begin with and there is a decent amount of wear and tear. Paint needs to be touched up. Several damaged doors. One bathroom door does not latch or lock, a bedroom door is almost impossible to close. The yard / landscaping is not being well maintained. On a positive note, the AC works great, there is plenty of room for parking, great beach access, and the house does have potential. It just needs some work.

Location can’t be beat
We are north island lovers, and this place checked all of those boxes. 2 minute walk to bean point, 1 minute walk to rod and reel pier. This isn’t a flashy place, it’s a place to relax and enjoy the old charm of Florida the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the 2 minor issues we had were met with quick responses.

Perfect walk to the sunset each night
Property was in a perfect location to walk to the rod and reel pier and sunsets every night on bean point. Couple issues with the pool, and I only mention this because the owner took care of the issue while we were at breakfast so it did not affect our time. Overall we would rent again.

Amazing Beach house
Flew in on a Tuesday and stayed for 8 days! Love the flexability on the booking schedule. When we arrived the house was clean and equiped with basic needs to start out the week! Beach and pool toys were provided! A.c worked great, beds were comfy, pool temp great, hot tub worked great as well! Overall an amaxing trip with a short walk to the beautiful beach! Highly reccomend and will be staying again!
