It features sweeping granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinetry, and a kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area. It has a large glass-top dining table. The living room is cozy and features a couch, matching loveseat, and a flat-screen TV. The front-facing deck on this floor is accessible through French doors in the living room. It’s a perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee as it has an outdoor couch and extra seating.
