Great Spot
The location of this property is great, just enough tucked away from the crowds but close to restaurants, beach, and pier. Located on the lagoon, the backyard was quiet and private. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets. Our only complaint is there were no kayaks offered like in the pictures and listing. We specifically picked a house on the lagoon with kayaks so that our kids could paddle. When we arrived, we found there were no kayaks so that was disappointing. Overall, we would stay there again. It was a great spot for a family of four!

Great little place
Was just like it looked in the pictures. Spotlessly clean, good amenities and great location walking distance to everything on AMI. Quiet private and beautiful backyard, the saltwater pool and hot tub were clean and perfectly treated. Recommend renting kayak or SUP from Beach Bums and exploring the canal, saw loads of wildlife.

Great canal home with heated(optional) pool and "warm tub" , great location, nicely updated home
The home is in great location , fishing right of the canal dock is awesome we caught all kinds of fish especialy latter afternoon hours. We hate mosquitos and these areas are known for no-see-ums (little biting outdoor bugs ) this was either good season or we just got lucky, it wasn't many we only got bit few times outside after the sunset . We choose heated pool option and pool really was nice and warm no complaints there, pool chairs around it for catching some sun. Back yard is sunny all day and it has shaded lounge area . Very nicely landscaped and pool lights light up at night -very cool .Canal is right in the back with nice size dock for fishing and it would of been nice to fish after sun set but we could not figure out how to find the switch for dock lights , there was 2 or 3 lights but no switch and if there was dusk to dawn sensor it wasn't working "warm tub" for some reason was barely warm first afternoon and same next day.Next day i sent email to Evolve ,didnt get any response and im sure it had nothing to do with Evolve but warm tub became hot tub 2nd afternoon and 3rd. It has very easy controls, but it seemed maybe it was programed on low temp or programed just for a short time.I did not look or seen any other controls besides "spa on" "lights on" . No big deal , we are very well traveled but just for 1k a night it would be nice no to try to figure out where to turn dock lights on and have hot tub not "warm tub" . Would we go back? Absolutely! home is very clean , everything you need is in it and very modern . we loved espresso machine that was a great thing to have . Walking distance to the city pier(it has little take out/picnic table sit down food place with tasty food) and beach and most of the restaurants. Great pizza place (pizza social) with in 5 min walk , sand bar restaurant right on the beach maybe 10min walk . Restaurants get crowded and i don't believe they take reservations. Oh, enclosed screened in porch is great for eating out side ,it has a sensor on screen door so for the ones who have little ones it might be useful to know that if door is opened alarm will sound and you will know that little one is on the way out or in.It has bypass button which you press for not to have alarm come on for that time you coming out/in . To the owner, thanks for sharing your home with us. To the management company, thanks for all you do to make this possible

Great stay on Anna Maria Island!
The house was in a perfect location, very convenient to the beach, piers, shops and restaurants. The house was great and had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 4. The outdoor space was very nice and used the pool and hot tub often. The only negative thing I would say is the mosquitoes were so bad in the back. Has nothing to do with the house but it really deters us from staying on a canal next time. Even during the day while trying to hang out by the pool and fish we were eaten alive. They provided a candle and bug spray which helped. Other than that it was fantastic!

Great getaway
We enjoyed our stay so much. House was clean and tidy with every amenity you may need. Only draw back was no bathroom on first floor, clothes washer was not balanced, and fan remote battery was dead down stairs in box. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Expensive for size of property and surprised to be charged extra for the heating of the pool. Good layout of house and great mattresses on beds. Location excellent. Minor points were that shower in bedroom two hardly worked, door to balcony had to be lifted as it had come off runner. Some lights didn’t work properly but overall a comfortable and happy stay.

Awesome place!!!
My husband and I along with my teen son stayed at this location and I must say it was perfect .the home was spacious, clean ,comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need while on vacation. The pool was clean and well kept and the property was minutes from the beach. We will be booking this home again for sure.

This property was beautiful, inviting, relaxing and smartly designed. The split plan with both bedrooms having a king bed, en suite bathroom AND access to the balcony deck worked perfectly for two adult couples. I’m a little bit sad to be back home!

Amazing Experience at the Easy Breezy House
We have never visited Anna Maria Island before so we were trying to make an educated guess on where to say. This property turned out to be an excellent choice. It was beautifully appointed inside, landscaped nicely outside and while there were houses on both sides of the property, it felt very secluded and private for swimming and lounging. The house is in a great location which allowed us to walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

House was very nice, as was pool/jacuzzi. Very modern furniture + kitchen. Host was very accommodating. My only issue was the lack of basic toiletry items. Most properties have shampoo/conditioner, etc. They only left hand soap. They also had a fancy coffee machine but no coffee. Just a suggestion for the future

We Loved Easy Breezy
The property is very nice. It's well maintained and well appointed. The location is great. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from good dining. My wife and I are walked and really enjoyed walking the area, including the beach. The only downside is the drive from the Tampa airport.

Such a Great Place! Highly Recommend
Place has everything you need:kitchen utensils, propane grill, pool, hot tub, on a canal which we launched paddle boards from on several occasions. Perfect location as you can walk to the beach, both piers, shops and eateries on Main drag. It was clean, the communication prior to check in was consistent and thorough. We stayed with our family of 4 and had the best week. Would recommend this place to anyone that a 2 bed, 2 bath with a pullout couch would work for. Will definitely be back.

The house was beautiful and clean. The only problem we had was the pool and hot tub but that was easily taken care of. The gas tank for the pool and hot tub heater was empty when we got there so we weren’t able to heat them up. All was taken care of and the owners were easily contacted. We loved the location - easy walking to many places. We have been to Anna Maria Island several times before but have never experienced so many people until this trip! I hope this doesn’t continue.. it’s always been our little oasis:)

Practicing Snow Bird Life
I have been coming to AMI since I was a kid. Last year, my husband and I rented a little place on Pine Ave, to try out a month away from Michigan. We work remote. It was so nice to be able to get outside, walk the beach, ride bikes and enjoy fresh seafood. We have a hard time doing any of that in Michigan in January/February. This year, we upgraded to this house. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The home is renovated and holds on to the mid-century modern feel that we love. The backyard was our own tropical paradise. The spa was a bonus. Mostly, it was the quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed the most. Ruth, the local contact, was absolutely amazing. Evolve was great too, helping me with last minute planning details. Thank you for a great time and a wonderful place to kick start 2022!

Would have been 5 stars but for the little things.
Great house in a perfect location. The pool area is amazing very private. The kitchen was well equipped, however, the dishwasher did not work and the coffee pot for the coffee maker didn't fit. I had to hold it up for the coffee to drip through. One other thing was one of the showers had no shower caddy so everything had to sit on the floor. Just the little things. Otherwise a very comfortable place.
