Coconut Bayou is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Key West style beauty with all the comforts you may think of. Just a few minutes walk to the beach or the famous Pine Ave! The kitchen is fully stocked and spacious with natural lighting along with the outdoor gas grill you can make a fantastic family meal and choose to eat it in the large dining room or outside with the provided accommodations. All rooms are equipped with TV's and high speed internet. Enjoy the tropics while relaxing on the front front porch or around the spacious pool with a couple of sun loungers. Rent a kayak or paddle board and take off right from your own private dock! The house comfortably sleeps 6 people in almost 2,500 square feet. Overlook the bayou from the balcony of the spacious master bedroom with a great view. A beach wagon, beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your convenience. Do not miss this gem! At Coconut Bayou Dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.

Amazing vacation!
This property was everything we needed for our family vacation! The private pool was a big hit, it was a short walk to the beach and has its own little dock over the water. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect Home!
We absolutely loved this rental! The location is perfect between the beach and the City Pier which is where we love to spend our time. Quick walk or bike ride to beach and easy bike ride to shops, pier, & restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another getaway at this location!

Coconut Bayou was truly a vacation dream. The private swimming pool was a gem and so handy for us to take a quick dip. Loved the spacious kitchen. One suggestion would be better beach chairs and an umbrella so you don’t have to rent them.

Beautiful oasis, perfect location!
This home is absolutely breathtaking. I love staying where you can see a bit of history of the home and homeowners. The house is in a perfect location walking to the beach for sunset or bay for sunrise. Can paddle from the dock at the house out into tampa bay and cruise the beaches on a calm day, or paddle out to the city pier for breakfast. The spa and pool were clean and ready to go upon arrival, everyone was very kind in office and helped with any questions I did have. WIll stay again and would recommend!

Best Florida Vacation Spot
We've been on hundreds of beach vacations and Anna Maria Island is definitely one of the best we've experienced. The island is very family friendly, the beach is superb, there are no chain restaurants and all the amenities you could need are easily acquired. Coconut Bayou is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and many of the local eateries, cafes and general store. We never used our car once we were at Coconut Bayou. The house is very clean, well kept and the beds are comfy. The heated pool (90 degrees) was very welcoming after a day at the beach.

Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay on Coconut Ave. The house is located in a perfect spot-two blocks from the beach and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped and several chairs and a wagon were provided for the beach. Floats for the pool were included as well. Would be great to provide some activities for teens such as a ping pong table or games in the very large, empty garage area like other houses in the area.

The house was really nice, and is located about two blocks from the beach, which was easy to walk to and took no more than 5 minutes. Unfortunately for us, a hurricane hit just off the coast from us, so we only were able to have one nice day on the beach before being confined to the house the rest of our trip because of the weather. The one day we had on the beach was fantastic though. Beach is beautiful, and the sunsets are great. The house had everything we needed, and had the weather been better we would have enjoyed being able to use the pool when we got back from the beach.

Great property- perfect location
We had a wonderful time over Christmas- it was the perfect house for our family of 4. We had an issue with the Grill- the property manager- was excellent and fixed it so we could Grill on Christmas Day. Wish it had more essentials like dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, Paper towels and kitchen spices- but understand with COVID concerns this may not be possible. We would definitely come back!

The house is in a great location. Only 2 blocks to the beach. . It’s very lovely and complete with everything you need. We received immediate response to any questions we had. (Although I do think added pool heat should be included in the rental cost) loved all the available beach items as it’s very difficult to travel with those larger items. Great stay. Will hopefully be back next yr.

The location was excellent with close proximity to the beaches and Pine Ave. We have four children under the age of 11 and although we rented a golf cart (recommended!), it was also an easy walk to the gulf side beach with actual beach access and parking (which can be hard to find). We were also close to all the fun shops and restaurants, but far enough away that we had quiet privacy at the rental house. The house itself has rather dated decor, but is otherwise in good condition and had all the amenities we needed for our 10 day stay. The outside pool and hot tub area was great and used daily! We did have an issue the first day with heating the hot tub, but a quick call the the management company had it resolved in a very timely manner. We were impressed with their service. Overall, we had a great time at this home and I would rent it again in the future.

Beautiful home but a few details missed
The home is very lovely exactly as depicted. The pool was gorgeous and we used it more than we thought we would late afternoon. There is very little to do in Ana Maria Island in the evenings. A few beautiful waterfront restaurants with very casual dining. So a backyard and a pool is a really good thing to have. The only complaints I have are that there were absolutely zero things for guests like paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags In addition the beach chairs are in very poor condition as the umbrella.We were glad to have them but a few dollars just have to be spent on updating those beach chairs. A normal adult could not sit in them. Looks like they took their kids furniture and threw it in the little buggy. Fantastic location for getting to Pine St., Inn the beach. Overall a very good experience but these little items would make it an excellent one.

We were two blocks from the beach in one direction and Pine Ave. in the other. The home is very spacious. There are some areas that could use a little "refreshing". The couch and kitchen chairs are showing their age and need to be replaced. The house has a Nest thermostat and I reset the temperature several times a day (it seems that it reset to apx. 80 fairly often) so that it would be more comfortable for us. I contacted the office about operating the spa and was told to follow the directions posted next to the controls but there wasn't anything posted. I told them this, so I hope that has been rectified. Maintenance stopped by to pick up something that had been left and was very accommodating showing us how to operate everything. There are a lot of stairs...not necessarily a problem, just something to be aware of. It was great being able to bring our fur babies. (Dogs aren't allowed on the beach, but that wasn't an issue for us.) Florida Dreams was great to deal with, both before we arrived and after we got there answering questions/concerns in a timely manner. Overall, we were pleased with the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home. Only problem we had was with one of the garage doors not working properly. Apparently, someone must have gotten injured during a prior stay because there were blood splats on the comforter in the bedroom just across from the stairs and the sheet also had some blood on it. There were splatters of blood downstairs in the garage at the bottom of the stairs (to the right) as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay tremendously.
