Stay in a luxury hand made oak timber cabin, on the historical "Trail of Tears" in Union County, Illinois. This lodging offers the rustic appeal of an authentic cabin in the woods, with the all the creature comforts and amenities of contemporary hotel stay.
AdamsRock is located in The Shawnee Forest, home to many natural wonders. Take a relaxing hike through Giant City State Park, or explore Panther's Den and The Natural Bridge. See Bald Knob Cross of Peace in Alto Pass overlooking the foothills to the Mississippi River.

Great cozy, quiet cabin off the beaten path in a wooded area but close to the city of Anna for restaurants, food, gas etc. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after a day of hiking etc.

Couples getaway
We rented this cabin for our annual couples weekend get away. It was great that we could stay at the cabin all day and hang out not have people close by but if we wanted to run to town or out it was just a short drive away.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cabin! The owners communicated with us quickly. The inside was clean and had what we needed, and the hot tub plus the fire pit was great!

What a lovely cabin in the heart of the Shawnee national forest. We loved the cabin and the hot tub. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Secluded Cabin in the Woods
We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. There is another cabin on the same property not too far away if you’re looking for more space for a bigger group. They have everything you need and are super helpful if we needed anything and stayed in contact with us the whole weekend! We would definitely go back. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you!

Winter Weekend Getaway
We had a fantastic weekend with friends at this lovely cabin! They had everything we needed available for our stay. We visited some wineries during the day and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. This cabin is easy to get to and town is only a few minutes away if you need to need something. We suggest checking out Owl Creek Vineyard for some delicious sangria!

This was a wonderful place for our busy family to just steal away to for some much needed peace and quiet. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of items to make simple meals. The hot tub was great. The beds were comfortable. We will return!

Amazing Cabin and Property!
Everything about our stay here was excellent! The cabin is immaculate and has so many special touches, including a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, games, and helpful details about the area. There are nice, modern details throughout the inside of the cabin. Outside is a large, private lot with a long, wraparound porch, firepit, hot tub, and gas grill. This was such a relaxing and peaceful setting. The cabin was close to great wineries and hiking trails as well. We happened to meet the host and she was very accommodating and helpful! We will be booking another stay here as soon as we can!

Great Location, Pleasant Cabin
The cabin was in the perfect location for us. It was close to I57, yet was in a secluded area with lots of trees. We were close to the Tunnel Hill State Trail, where we biked, and several hiking areas. There were some good restaurants in Anna. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We were able to cook several meals with some creativity, even though it doesn't have a true full kitchen. The fire pit was fun extra touch.

We stayed for a long weekend girls trip. The pictures do not do this place justice! Having 2 bathrooms was especially nice with a group of 6 ladies. The grounds of the cabin were beautiful as well.The owners were very quick to respond to questions. A very nice relaxing stay was had by all.

Fantastic cabin in the Fall!
We love this beautiful cabin set off the beaten track and nestled among the colorful trees in autumn. Everything was clean and well prepared for our visit. The Native American decor, comfy furniture, and warm showers were delightful. The amazing outdoor hot tub also added a special touch to our stay. Mary and Tim answered all of our questions and were great hosts. The drive to hike in Shawnee National Forest wasn’t too long and the scenery on the way was spectacular. We enjoyed a fantastic getaway and can’t wait to return again!

We found our go to cabin when visiting southern Illinois. Loved it. Everything about it. Every detail was considered. Nothing was left unconsidered. While pricey compared to other cabins in the area, one night here will confirm why!

Relaxing
This was a very relaxing place to stay, however there was no hot water in the kitchen, the one shower had hot water off and on, the light in the main shower bathroom above shower was very low light then it would brighten up, the other bathroom the lights above the sink did not come on then later they came on so there is definitely a short somewhere. The stool lid in the bedroom 1 bathroom was loose and kept sliding. The beds are very uncomfortable. For the price would not rent again.

The cabin was very nice and quiet. Great location, close to activities in the area. Very clean! The porch and fire pit were very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable! The communication with the owners was probably the best I have ever had, very prompt! I would recommend this cabin! Thank you for sharing it with us! We made memories!

Romantic Getaway
This Cabin is perfect to unwind and step away from reality. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing we had that wasn't for us was the beds are soft. If you are used to a firmer mattress note the bed are not firm. Other than this this place is amazing and we will be going back
