Please note: This is an older restored home, and guests should be aware that seasonal bugs may occur if a door or window is left open and it may take a little longer for the house to heat and cool due to the age of the home. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of the home’s unique character.
🚭Smoking fees will result in a $450 cleaning charge
🔊 A noise detector is installed any additional unreported guest will result in a $30.00 charge for each extra guest.
🐶 Pet charge cleaning fee will be $350, if there is excessive shedding
😴The late check-out fee is $50 for every 30 mins unless discussed otherwise.
🛋️ Put furniture back if you have moved it
💄 Don't use towels for makeup removal, $25 charge for each towel that is destroyed by makeup.
💄 Intentionally using bedsheets for makeup removal will be charged $120. For example; taking sheets and wiping them on your face, Will result in a charge.
🍸 For each glass that’s broken there will be a $15 charge per glass. Unless it's reported to us before finding out.
🥛For any dishes that are broken will also result in a $50-$100 charge depending on if we find the same dishes. Including artifacts, art pieces etc...
🗑Remove excessive garbage and place it in a garage when leaving.
📷 Removal of the Security cameras external to the property is an automatic violation and will be penalized at the expense of the guests. Arlo(White box connected to the internet must not be altered)
If there is a snowstorm prior to your arrival, or during your stay. We do not issue any refund under any circumstances.
Again, some things can depend on the situation. We don’t like finding surprises, please be honest if something does break.
If we find out during the cleaning process there will be charges.
Accidents like dishes and glasses can happen and we will consider being lenient with the charges.
