Great place to be in Ann Arbor!

Wonderful accommodations for the five of us. Very spacious and comfortable. The ping pong table was a big hit and we all slept comfortably. Great place to stay when you’re visiting Ann Arbor!

A wonderful place to stay. House is design and a way that the bedrooms are on one side and the living area on another. It is absolutely fully stopped and the owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

A fabulous Ann Arbor stay!

Lovely, spacious home; thoughtfully (and often luxuriously) equipped; well-located; hospitable, communicative hosts; reasonably priced. Our party of five included three generations - from 89 to teens -- and all found it a wonderful place to stay, and an excellent home base for Ann Arbor adventures. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Perfect house perfect location

Immaculate, spacious, seamless, check-in, and checkout process. Very convenient to all the activities on campus. I highly recommend this property anyone visiting the University in Michigan. Go blue!

Met our first grandchild

Love this property. Lovely couple who Own it are quick to respond, and very sweet. This is our second stay and we will be back! Added bonus Michigan won the national while we were there! Last time they won was in 1997! Go Blue ❤️

Wonderful stay!

The house, stocked with indoor and outdoor games for our kids, was a perfect fit. The ping pong table was a big hit, as were the lightning bugs in the backyard. When a severe thunderstorm caused a power outage at the house, the owners were very communicative and helpful...to the point of bringing over a generator! We all loved our stay there. Thank you, Jeff and Diane!!

Everything we needed!!

We were extremely happy with our week long stay! We had a 3 month old and a 20 month old with us and we were delighted that a high chair and washer/dryer were provided. The nice backyard was wonderful for the toddler! The adults in our group had a ping pong tournament on a couple of rainy days! The king bed suite (where the little ones stayed with their parents) was perfect as it was a quiet place for naps, away from the living area/tv. We cooked all of our own meals and the kitchen was well equipped! I would definitely recommend this lovely offering!

Ann Arbor home

Our stay at Jeff and Diane’s property worked out very well for us. We were there for a surgery at University of MI hospital and we wanted a place near the hospital and had room for family members to visit. It filled the bill perfectly for us with 4 bedrooms and spacious dining, kitchen and living areas. Good place to prepare for the surgery and have time for recuperation after. The bonus for us was that the home is in a great neighborhood and is really close to the Huron River with some great trails to enjoy the area. We also enjoyed exploring Ann Arbor and learned a lot about the city environment and restaurants that we hadn’t seen in previous “just passing through “ visits in the past. Jeff & Diane were very good hosts and we would definitely utilize this property again.

Could NOT be better!!

Everything was at least as good as they showed in the pictures and , actually, it was BETTER than they could communicate with mere photos. We were a group of 8 older guys gathering to play acoustic music for 3 days and I can't say much about the area because we NEVER LEFT THE PROPERTY. And we were sorry come Sunday morning when we did have to leave. We LOVE this place and hope to come back often. We cooked all our meals and found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. Jeff and Diane were very quick to respond to any questions --- we didn't have any problems but if we had, I'm sure they would have been right there to respond.

Our family stayed here together while we attended a wedding in Ann Arbor. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. We stayed for four nights so used all the facilities:) We played ping pong and corn hole, sat on the front porch and back deck and did laundry. Loved the large kitchen and table where we could all sit together for meals. Loved the propane ourdoor firepit too. We sat around it on the last night watching the fireflies. My father has COPD on continuous oxygen so this was a wonderful place for all of us to gather with him. Thank you Diane and Jeff! We made memories that will last.

Big House, Very Happy

This property is HUGE. It was great for our big family with a bunch of kids. The dining table alone is like a continent--seats 10 comfortably. The backyard is a great place to toss a football. The master suite is luxurious and gigantic (inc. big Jacuzzi tub). The host was very quick--he fixed the stove in 48 hours when it went down. You will not be disappointed. The neighborhood is quasi-rural. It is close to a few big parks and trails. Two fireplaces. Space heater. Fully equipped kitchen. What's not to love?

Amazing house with fabulous yard

This house was perfect for our extended family to share. Very comfortable and homey with lots of room to spread out. Especially loved the huge backyard with fire pit, gas grill and lots of seating.

Impressed with the size of this house and the reasonable price!

Very spacious and nice house. Loved the big dinning room table to gather around. Also spent a lot of time in the TV/ fireplace room-comfortable furniture. Ping pong table was fun as was the corn hole. A badminton net and rackets would be fun also since the yard is so big! Liked the outdoor lights at night. Wish we could have gotten the outdoor fireplace working-we think the knob is broken because we could get it lit, but then it went out cause the knob wouldn’t stay in-maybe operator error😄 Lots of kitchen space which was great for all the food we brought! Bedrooms and beds very nice. For the older people the really really low toilets were a challenge! They need some height. Would definitely stay here again especially to have those mornings on the deck with family, coffee and bunnies!

Happy reunion days in a great house

Our party of seven arrived to find a spacious house that had no stairs which made it safe for the toddler. The dining room table seats eight very comfortably, which was wonderful because we could all eat at the same time. The toddler had a great time running around in the enclosed private backyard while his mother and uncles played corn hole. Gramma & Grampa challenged everyone to games of ping pong. The four bedrooms were at the opposite end of the house from the family room which kept things quiet for those of use who decided to sleep in. I would look for this house again if we decided to visit Ann Arbor again.

Great family getaway property.

Loved the property. Found it nicer than the photos indicate. Lots of places to be. The outside space is great. Very clean and had everything you need. Beautiful neighborhood with great location. We were quite impressed.

Perfect place for Ann Arbor reunions

We lived here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Plenty of bedrooms and the ping pong and corn hole are nice play options on site. We, and, all of our visitors thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
