"Ozlem went above and beyond to help us plan a trip to Derinkuyu, the underground city. We had no idea how to get there. Ozlem and her cohort Ozguir handled booking our bus tickets and giving us all the details we needed. Ozlem especially was so lovely and personable. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"If you are trying to stay at quiet spot THIS is the place!! You will have an amazing experience with this hotel. Staff are great and know what they are doing. Everything was clean, bathroom, shower, bedsheets, breakfast area and so on. They have a great lobby area. There is alway people around to accommodate you with whatever you desire. I would highly recommend this hotel to whoever comes to Ankara. It was my second time staying at this hotel and I will come back again. "
