"Owner was very friendly and communicative. Place was very clean. Excellent lake view. Has all amenities. Grocery and other stores within 15min drive. Excellent for weekend retreat. "

"This 4 bedroom townhouse was conveniently located near shopping, arenas and about half hour to ski resorts. Home reflected as pictured and was warm during our stay. Beds and pillows were also comfy. Additional hand and bath towels and extra bed linen would have been appreciated. There was only one bath towel per bedroom except for the Master, where there were two. "The location was very safe, the instructions were clear for access into the apartment.Everything was very clean, nice decor. Attention to detail of possible needs. Supplied with tea/coffee/water/snacks.Wonderful overall."

"This property is beautiful, very clean, well maintained and had a wonderful view and location. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing that was a bit disappointing is the amenities; the listing states capacity of 12 ppl but the place is not equipped for that many. There were only 8 of us and we couldn’t find linens for the pull up sofa, also the kitchen had very few glasses for beverages, and no wine glasses or coffee mugs…etc. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay and would recommend the place but...

"The necessities, that you could need, for you stay, bedding, utensils, plates, cooking implements, and the basic necessities were readily available. The location was as advertised, and the beach was great. The whole Family. had an enjoyable stay"

"We were in town for a hockey tournament and this home was in a great location. A nice little getaway but still close to the rinks. If you like to ice fish this is also the perfect spot! The attention to details did not go unnoticed. Lis was a great host and always available if we had questions. We would highly recommend this home. "

"Beautiful property with incredible sunrise views over lake, asxwell as sunsets. Housecfeels like a full spa with the sauna and hot tub. All the amenties of the city are minutes away, while the comforts of lakefront are all in the backyard. Will be coming back for sure. 0 issues with property. Curtis is very responisive too.everythinf was very easy."

"Great place for a family reunion. Everyone under one roof, and close to the FH amenities. "

"We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Horseshoe Valley.The unit was spacious and overall very pleasant.A couple of suggestions to make things even better:- there was no toaster and we like our toast in the morning!-also no ice cube trays so we couldn't make our drinks cold the way we like them- we also had to wrestle a little with a couple of drawers in the kitchen that were difficult to open and close - and not all the lamps seemed to be workingHaving said that, the place suited our needs...

"We had a lovely time staying in Barrie for our son’s wedding. The house is dated but equipped with everything you need for family to stay for a little getaway. Lenny was lovely and quickly responded to our questions. Thx for a lovely, reasonably priced mini vacation x"

"To start we trouble shoot all the days we were there to get wifi working, we tried multiple accounts and no luck getting access. My family ended up paying for a lot of overage charges for internet. The property promised AC and that temp should reach between 20-22 degrees. They did say it was addressed when we were off the property, but it was not, and we had a temp exceeding 25 degrees so horrible sleeping at night. The refrigerator leaked to the point that one of my family members almost...

"This place was perfect for our short weekend family trip away from the city! We brought our two dogs with us and we all enjoyed spending time in their space, especially their backyard. It was so well kept. Their pool was so much fun with the volleyball net, we were glad that it was still open during September! The place was also super close to a small beach down the rode and a 10 min drive from Innisfil Beach Park, I would definitely hope to stay at this place again."

"It was very nice "Back to 70's" kind of charming cottage. Owner and care taker were very nice. Just a problem was shower. It seems couldn't run hot and cold water same time. I struggled quite long time but only choice I got was shower in icy cold water or burning hot water. Every thing else was good especially the "skinny mirror"! the other cottager in the property were nice too."

"We found the home perfect for our family, the six bedrooms and large couches and dining table plus a fantastic kitchen really made it easy to relax cook and enjoy each others company. We were totally pleased with Kaleem’s home and his acssesability for questions"
