"We were so impressed with this sweet, cozy little house. It had everything you could possibly want and more! Due to the nature of our visit to the area we didn’t spend much time at the house unfortunately, but we were so happy with our stay. It truly felt as if we were being welcomed by someone who was happy to have us staying at their home. I’m hoping to be able to book this same location the next time we come to Grand Forks. The host and property exceeded our expectations "

"We didn’t hear from the owner on the rental day and were traveling from 2 states away already. I finally sent a message wondering why we hadn’t got any check in information…I was then informed that this rental was being rented out long term!! I had to fully pay the VRBO amount 10 months earlier and now it wasn’t available??!! He said he had another unit elsewhere and would get that ready for us! I was shocked! This wasn’t what we signed up for and our vacation was ruined!! BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS RENTER!! VRBO NEEDS TO INTERVENE IN THIS PERSONS ABILITY TO POST RENTALS ON THIS WEBSITE!!"

"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."
