Prestations conformes au descriptif. Petit déjeuner qualitatif. Établissement tenue strictement, il manque assurément un sourire ! Chalet trop près de la salle des petit-déjeuners, ce assure un réveil à partir de 7h45 ! Ce qui est dommage quand on choisi spécifiquement cet hébergement en dehors des rues principales du centre ville qui respire à priori le calme sur le papier, pour y trouver le silence ! Pour tout dire, je ne me suis pas senti à l'aise chez ce prestataire. C'est dommage au vue de la tarification de la nuitée ! Serviette de plage payante....serviette de piscine gratuite.....donc !

Nous avions un chalet mais il était plutôt vétuste. Tout fonctionne mais c’est brinquebalant. Le chalet est juste en face de la salle du restaurant donc bruit des 6:00 du matin sans compter le passage des autres clients à tout moment de la journée. Le personnel est sympa mais pas polyglotte du tout

The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the swimming pool, the sauna and the great breakfast. Our deluxe room though didn't meet our expectations (no safe, noisy and a bit small). Nice stay overall but could have been nicer.

Férias com família.
Pousada com boa estrutura, uma das melhores na ilha. Ficamos na suíte no térreo, com uma varanda para a rua. Ela é pequena, o banheiro também é pequeno, com um chuveiro ótimo. Nosso quarto ficava próximo ao local do café da manhã, com barulhos na hora do café. Recomendo escolher um dos chalés. Eles são maiores e mais confortáveis. A pousada tem uma piscina boa, tem uma churrasqueira e fornecem um kit com pratos e espetos para utilização sem custos. Café com três opções de frutas, pães, bolos e ovos mexidos. A internet na pousada é lenta. O 4g na ilha deixa a desejar.

Great as always, but upgrade to chalet recommended
Another nice stay here. In one of the suites this time, not the chalets. Room was a little noisier and the bathroom tiny, but it was cheap so cant complain. Amazing breakfast as always and super friendly staff. Would stay again but will upgrade to the chalet again next next.

I honestly don't know where to start because everything from the beginning to the end was absolutely perfect.. So I guess I will start with the staff at the front desk everyone was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. We stayed in these little houses (I forget their names) but they are adorable, modern, clean, and comfortable. And the free breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again!
