O imóvel é exatamente como anunciado
A Casa é linda, ampla e confortável como anunciada,bem localiza,com uma linda vista. Perfeitamente limpa quando chegamos ! A proprietária foi sempre muito atenciosa e disposta a tirar qualquer dúvida. Também fomos muito bem recebidos pela D Naura, a funcionária da casa, que sempre manteve tudo limpo e organizado. A casa tem poita na praia principal, o que facilitou muito nossos amigos virem nos visitar, alugamos a lancha e fizemos um lindo passeio na lagoa Azul o marinheiro Erni, foi muito prestativo! Uma ótima escolha a quem quiser conhecer Angra dos Reis!

Linda, visual Maravilhoso!
Fomos em 4 casais e duas crianças! Limpeza impecável, todos os utensílios novos, a casa é toda novinha,muito bem cuidada,percebe -se o zelo dos donos com imóvel! A Dani foi extremamente receptiva, tirou todas as nossas duvidas no whatsap( e não foram poucas,rss). A praia é perfeita para crianças,calminha,uma delícia. Amamos!!1

Maravilhosa a casa e o condominio
Foi perfeita a nossa escolha! A casa está toda novinha,reformada, muito mais bonita do que nas fotos!!! Tem um espaço maravilho na área gourmet ,tem todos os utensílios domésticos, não deixou nada a desejar, a praia do Cazuza esta a cinco minutos da residencia ,linda ,sem ondas,uma delicia. A proprietária é super atenciosa e prestativa! Super recomendo!!

Casa muito confortavel com linda vista!
Estávamos em 10 adultos na casa e realmente nossa estada foi muito confortável. A casa é muito bonita, completa e com todos os eletrodomésticos novos. O Condominio é de luxo e a casa fica muito perto da praia do cazuza. A vista para o mar é imperdível!!! A proprietária foi muito cuidadosa e ajudou em todas as dúvidas. Recomendo!!!!

Não dá vontade de ir embora
O imóvel conseguiu ser ainda melhor do que o esperado por mim e minha família, assim como o condomínio incrível onde a casa está instalada, que consta com mercadinho, atrações como o bondinho e praias privadas!!!!!! Não queria ir embora, serviço de qualidade e que vale a pena. Recomendo

Eu e família(11 pessoas)tivemos um feliz final de ano. Imóvel muito bem conservado com alguns espaços novos.Mobília e utensílios de última geração.O que mais gostamos foi da distribuição dos espaços. A descrição dada pelo anunciante reflete exatamente o que é encontrado no local e ainda conta-se com mais devido a infraestrutura incrível ofertada pelo condomínio em que a casa está localizada; como segurança constante, tranquilidade, meio de transporte, assistências diversas, supermercados, restaurantes, praias privadas, etc. A casa em si é magnífica, bem arejada, com ar condicionado nas acomodações, espaçosa e confortavel. Questões como limpeza e manutenção se mostraram impecáveis. Recomendo a todos que se interessarem, não só pelo local mas pela seriedade e comprometimento do proprietário que se mostrou solicito e gentil durante todo este processo de estadia. Pretendo voltar várias vezes para este pequeno pedaço de paraíso!
