THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE

Located in Anglet between the Love Room and Chiberta, SEAVIEW is a magnificent vacation villa. Designed by an architect combining different styles (Scandinavian, Asian), this contemporary villa opens onto the ocean.

The property is composed of a main villa and a complementary independent house of about 60 m².



THE VILLA

On the first floor, you will find: three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom and a toilet; a gym, a summer kitchen with a plancha and a large table to share meals in front of the pool and the spa.

Upstairs, the living room is just beautiful, with an exceptional view. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace that is very inviting for coffee or an aperitif. You will also find the master suite with its numerous dressing rooms and its bathroom (shower and bathtub). This level is fully air-conditioned.

The second level, corresponds to a mezzanine very pleasant to read or consult its emails.



THE COMPLEMENTARY HOUSE

This house, totally independent from the main villa, includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with its toilet, a kitchen open to the living room, all opening onto a terrace.



PRACTICAL SIDE

Parking ? Parking for at least three cars in the fenced property.

For access to the beaches ? the bottom of the garden gives you access to the road leading to the beaches.

Supermarket open 7/7 at 3 min by car.



WHAT WE LOVE

The extraordinary view. The garden with its magnificent infinity pool and its spa are conducive to relaxation and rest. The summer kitchen will allow you to share unforgettable moments with friends or family.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

By staying at SEAVIEW, you are ideally located. In Anglet, close to the forest of Chiberta, its golf course, the multitude of beaches, animations and restaurants, you will be far from being bored.

The lighthouse of Biarritz is 5 minutes away by car. We encourage you to take in the view: on one side Biarritz, on the other, the beaches of Anglet as far as the Landes!



ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:

From 7pm to 10pm - 50€.

From 10pm to midnight - 80€.

From midnight to 6am - 120€.

From 6am to 8am - 80€.
