Spa bath, kitchenette facilities including dishwasher. Sleeping up to four people with 1 x Queen & 1 x Double sofa (suited for up to 2 adults & 2 children) in the main living area. TV with Netflix.

The indoor pool was great. Apartment was nice and clean however in need of some maintenance with a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Terrible communication with booking as it’s an offshore call centre and had multiple issues as unable to receive calls back when promised and got stuffed around with key collection from them. Luckily office in Anglesea was still open even though we arrived just after 5pm and staff were lovely, but would be better to have a direct number to their office. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable, considering price paid to stay I expected more luxurious. Our daughter tripped/stubbed toes a few times on bedroom to lounge room lip near carpet (which was very dangerous). Bedroom needs a fan installed as no aircon in there and was so hot, curtains don’t block out much either so was very bright in the morning or to get daughter down for nap. Great location and resort is lovely, just needs a bit of maintenance done to apartment and more comfortable beds. Walking distance to everything so very convenient.

We did like the resort pool and location very close to beach and town. Unfortunately was missing the following: cleaning facilities/ vacuum cleaner/ bath shampoo or soap/ welcome pack of tea bags or coffee - sugar/ wifi/ rubbish bags and only 1 toilet paper role for 5 nights stay.

Dark, Dingy and Run Down
Apartment is dark with very little natural light and inadequate ceiling lights. Bedside lamp has no globe and tv is amusingly tiny by today's standards. Couch is worn, uncomfortable and tattered. Best asset is easily the spa, in a modern, but tiny, bathroom. On site restaurant is excellent.
