- Tramway nearby (Town Hall, Rally)
- The accommodation being in the very center everything is accessible on foot (Angers castle, train station, etc.)
- Access to a gym 2 minutes walk away included (3 people max, 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.). Access to courses and a Sauna as well.
