If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated. "very clean, modern spacious room, staff friendly, bar was good with reasonable prices. We arrived on a Saturday and the restaurant was shut! which was a shame as it looked nice and the menu looked good. Would recommend this hotel and we hope to return "
