When we arrived it was hard to determine how to gain access into the property. The building smelled of sewage and the room was 85 degrees. I reached out to the property manager who let us know that the building was centrally controlled and we would just have to sleep with the window and sliding glass door open. On morning one the coffee pot malfunctioned making a mess and we had to buy coffee each morning at the store the rest of the stay. On morning two the TV would only showed the picture in red and blue. We asked for extra towels and those were delivered timely. We paid for 4 nights but chose to leave after the third night and drive 9 hours back home because of the issues with the room. I would have expected more from a company that manages the majority for the properties in Angel Fire.
The heat in our room would not turn off the entire stay. We had to keep the porch door and window open entire time and it was still hot. We reached out to the property manager and received no help. Only after begging someone to come look at property did they send out someone and they said the heat was coming from next room. It was 80 degrees in our room. They offered no fans or any remedy. They just left the room. Absolutely terrible experience.
