"Airport shuttle pickup was excellent as well as the front desk staff who was very accommodating with early check-in, breakfast selection was very good and when we left early for our flight the shuttle driver reserved us a couple of sandwiches with fresh fruits to bring to the airport. Excellent services all around! This is my choice hotel when going back to Puerto Princesa, Palawan!"

"Balai is stunning and clean, I stayed here as a way to unwind after a 2 week trip and it was absolutely the right decision. Balai gives a chance to unwind alone and everything is preplanned once you ask, for instance, the sauna and spa is booked an hour at a time so no one needs to share. The amenities offered in the rooms are excellent. The facilities are clean and nothing suggested is too much. The food options were good too. Highly recommend for a retreat type feel."

"Me and my Partner LOVED staying here. Staff was great! They were always so helpful. You could book tours and transportation through them which was convenient. Hotel was in walking distance to the pier, food, and shopping. I would highly recommend this place. "
