"My husband and his parents went down to Georgetown for the weekend. The house is as cute as a button. Personally, I would have preferred two bedrooms with queen sized beds (but we knew the 2nd bedroom was 2 twins which was accurate, before booking). I love old homes - and this is an older home in an established neighbourhood. It's very well maintained. The front porch swing was beautiful. I love the porch. Having 1.5 bathrooms was a HUGE plus, especially when it's more than just 1 couple...

It is convenient to all of the golf courses at the South End, even next door to the Founders club. A variety of good options to eat are within 10 minutes along Ocean Hwy- from fast food to higher end sit-down dining. There is a nice pool with play area beside it. However, check-in was slow. "Great location, plenty of space, and timely communication with the property manager when we were missing towels. Beds are not comfortable and very soft, and the kitchen is not well stocked for 6 people you want to cook some meals (not enough cups for coffee, pans, etc) and the dishwasher is not getting hot enough to clean the dishes. A few additions to the property would be helpful to future guests."
