"Self check in and out. Clean, stocked with clean towels and linens. We were not here long enough to cook for ourselves, but that is a big factor when I book stays. This had a full kitchen, grill, fire pit, washer, dryer and ample space to eat and lounge. Plenty of off street parking for our cars. In between the Tail and town. We will be looking to stay here again. "

"My sister and I had a great stay at the Lake House. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is great! Very close to Main Street activities and central to outdoor adventures. Upon arrival, the hosts had fresh baked, delicious strawberry and blueberry muffins there for us! Great place to stay!"

"We had an excellent stay over the 4th of July weekend. Location is very close to pop into Bryson City and quickly get down to Nantahala for rafting, while also being convenient to the National Park. Cabin had everything we needed and was very clean. Beautiful sunsets from the porch!"

"The house was big and spacious. The additions were great. It just wasn’t as clean as we hoped. There were dead insects in the window of the main bathroom that I had to clean out. The silverware drawer was very dirty, and we found mouse droppings in the pots and pans. On the day that we checked out we actually saw a mouse dart out from under the loveseat across the living room and ended up going into the hall closet. Aside from that we would of rated this place 5 stars."

"Enjoyed my stay at the Creekside Cottages--Frada's Nest. The cottage was well maintained, very clean. Rochelle was very quick to respond, especially when I had concerns about the road and weather conditions post hurricane Helene. Cottage located conveniently to various restaurants and retail stores making very easy to navigate around the area. Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"Our trip was to get away from city life for a couple days. Plan your trip as far as food, it’s a bit of a run to Bryson City if you need a stick of butter. We were there for the fall colors and it didn’t disappoint. Sitting in the hot tub during a sunset, while watching the bats fly around, just couldn’t be beat. The furniture and bedding was comfortable, the view from the dining room table made breakfast and dinner very enjoyable. I’d definitely return!"

"I recently took a trip to the Creek Front Mountain Cabin with my girlfriend (now Fiancée after the trip!). The cabin was beautiful, the interior was wonderful, and the outside was in great shape. Be sure to look at the host's directions as the cabin is in a remote location (google maps is right, but you wont think so). Plenty of parking, firewood provided (there was a lighter in a kitchen drawer, we didnt think to bring one), the jacuzzi was covered, but on and warm for us when we got there....

"Was visiting family in Murphy. My wife and myself, our 3 boys ages 8, 6, and 3. And two dogs. Our stay was perfect for what we needed. The kids love playing in the river and having fires at night. The dogs loved the giant yard and the pen was perfect for letting them out at night. All around it was a great trip and perfect location. "
