Newly renovated old house, located in a charming valley where no noise will ruin your stay. It is located just 600 meters from the sea, and a pleasant walk from the urban center of Puerto de Andratx, where you can have all the services you need, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, bars, shops ... in addition, 500 meters there is a Small market that can supply you without taking the car.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, dining room, lounge, terrace, barbecue, relaxation area with sun loungers, tranquility and privacy.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay
Perfectly located if you have things to do in Port Andratx. You can walk by foot to the harbor and have a drink. The house is cozy and very nice.

We had a very nice stay in this lovely house. Plenty of space, great kitchen and nice bedrooms. If you are looking for a beautiful and authentic house in Port Andratx, I would definitely recommend this!

Very nice hide away
Very nice house, with lot of land around it. Kitchen perfectly equipped as well as everything you need in a house. It‘s in walking distance to all hot spots in Port Andratx. Isabel is a fantastic host.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, secluded , beautifully dressed , spotlessly clean , catered for every need . On arrival , milk , wine , water , cakes . Just fabulous. The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with . We will definitely be staying again. Short walk to the marina .

A quiet and green oasis in a very nice environment
The accomodation is a tasteful and proper restored farm house in a huge green garden, protected by large trees. We found shadow at noon and sunlight during the afternoon. The house looks very nice from inside and outside and is technically on a high standard. I combines tradition from Mallorca with modern comfort. We found everyting we needed in the bed rooms, living room, and the bath rooms, in the kitchen and the dining room, and for the houshold. The heating system worked perfectly which was a real asset as we stood in the house in February. The property is cantrally located, but hidden in green like an oasis, and is wonderful quiet. Only birds were singing. We did not expect to find such a lovely rural place just a few hundred meters from the harbour of Port d'Antratx. What we really liked is the warm-hearted and very friendly hospitality of Isabel. She welcomed us with fresh ensaimadas, water and wine, when we asked her for some advice she helped us engaged during our stay, and she gave us a wonderful farwell on our departure day. Thank you so much for this wonderful week! Kornelia & Frank

Wunderschöne Villa im Grünen
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem sehr gut gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr liebevoll und wohnlich gestaltet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden.

GORGEOUS PROPETY - WONDERFUL HOST
Isabel met us at the property up in the hills of Andratx…she had everything ready for us…she had snacks and waters in the kitchen for weary travelers. We did not have to leave the property at a late hour to find something to eat. The house and the grounds are picturesque…just a perfect location for a peaceful vacation but only 2 minutes down to the waterfront with shops and restaurants! We will return!

Wir haben mit 5 Freundinnen eine wundervolle Woche in der schönen Finca von Isabel verbracht. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Amazing Group Stay!!
What an amazing property with so much character, convenience and comfort! Isabel was a great host right from when the booking was made to arrival and departure. So flexible and down to earth - she personally came to deliver the keys, gave us a tour of the property and gave tips and suggestions for our trip. This property goes above and beyond the basic accommodation in so many ways and was perfect for our family holiday! Beautiful location near the Andratx port only a short distance away.

Wir habe uns super wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist total schön eingerichtet und das Grundstück riesig und uneinsichtig. Erholung pur! Sehr schönes Haus in mitten von viel Natur
Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Unterkunft. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, etwas abgelegen aber das hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, vorallem die Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto um die Unterkunft zu erreichen und auch zum Einkaufen. Es ist aber auch möglich Port d‘Andratx zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 20 min) Isabel hat uns zu Beginn der Reise ihre Kontaktdaten gegeben, so konnten wir sie immer Kontaktieren wenn es Fragen gab. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft.

Erholsame Zeit
Wir haben in dem Haus einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Perfekt ausgestattet und in traumhaft ruhiger Lage, dennoch zentral. Den Ortskern von Port d´Andratx kann man fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Abgerundet wird der Aufenthalt durch die freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung. Wir planen auf jeden Fall wiederzukommen.

Entspanntes Ambiente in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist hervorragend geschnitten, bietet drinnen und draußen Platz für alle Urlauber und hat in sämtlichen Wohnräumen sehr gute Klimageräte. Ausgestattet ist es mit allem, was für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt wird: Sämtliche Küchen-Utensilien sowie moderne Geräte sind vorhanden und es ist auch sonst an alles gedacht - bis hin zu Duschgel und Shampoo in den Bädern. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern erfolgt schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders wohl fühlt man sich gleich zu Beginn mit den frischen Ensaimadas vom besten Bäcker am Ort und den zur Verfügung gestellten Getränken. Vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
