With spacious terraces (250m² and 35m²) with sea views, a 10x6m pool and a quiet cul-de-sac location, this villa offers the perfect setting for your dream holiday. Accommodating up to 10 people on a living area of approximately 260m² and a plot of approximately 800m², there is plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. This luxurious holiday villa has a living room, dining room, five double bedrooms, a modern kitchen, three bathrooms, a garden and a total of three terraces.

Beautiful Sant Elm
Sant Elm is a lovely fishing village with beautiful bays and sunset views of La Dragonera island/mountain. Sant Elm is pretty sleepy so perfect for long meals and quiet drinks. We enjoyed our time at the beach club and on the terrace at Es Moli restaurant near the villa. The villa itself was perfect for our purposes. Lots of space. Lots of rooms. Lots of bathrooms. Nice pool and view of the sea. Easy walk into town. Communication was great and checkin/check out with Joanna was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Great property; fantastic location
Spacious property with amazing sea views. Comfortably accommodated two families of 4. Well equipped kitchen and excellent out door areas with terraces offering wonderful views of the sea. Good sized pool too. The villa is in the resort of Sant Elm which we loved. An easy walk into the town where there are some excellent restaurants, bars and shops and 3 well equipped mini supermarkets. We managed easily without hiring cars and made use of the reliable and cheap bus service into Port Andratx.

Good villa and pool
Good villa and pool with well-shaded large eating areas and plenty of lounger space. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it. The pool will need renovation soon as the tiles are coming loose and the pool furniture needs refreshing, but these things did not cause any problems.

Stunning luxury villa in paradise village close to sea
The villa comfortably sleeps 10 adults and is luxuriously furnished. It has a very large swimming pool with views to the see through some pine trees. The location is excellent - a short walk to shops, restaurants and beaches.

A marvellous location with lots of space and light.
The villa is a short walk from the centre of Sant Elm and only 200 metres from the best restaurant. Sant Elm is a lovely village with plenty of shops and restaurants, all of a good standard. The accommodation is very spacious and our 3 families had their own space. The view from the balcony overlooks the sea with just green between you and the sea. The swimming is a good size, plenty of room for a good swim. We had a wonderful holiday.
