"The property itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, but for the price, a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be expected. Upon arrival, we were offered an “upgrade” to a better room—one that actually had a proper window. The room we stayed in had a window that was half-buried in the ground, making it feel more like a basement than a guest room. The biggest disappointment, however, was the sauna.
