"Great experience! We loved the valet service when we arrived and everyone was super friendly that worked there. The condition of the room was older, but well kept and clean. Definitlet try breakfast at The Drake in the morning. The food was amazing for the price and the service was amazing. The location was walking distance to our concert venue and lots of bar and restaurant options. We will be staying there again!"

"Loved the quietness of the concrete building and the walk ability downtown. The hallways were way too hot and the room was warm but the windows were openable. "

"The only thing that I didn't like was the parking. It's either valet or walk a couple of blocks to park your vehicle. There is no place to park when checking in. Had to park illegally, to check in. Drove around until we could find a place."

"Very clean, but has quirks. You could tell the property is old, but cozy. Hot water is excellent, but it takes about 10 minutes to warm up. Once it does though, it's HOT. "

"Key Inn was able to accommodate me when my original booking at another hotel fell through(Norwood Inn was closed and condemned, but they did notify me). The Key Inn is older and a bit shabby, but it appears that they are in the process of renovating one wing."
