"We stay here frequently when visiting family. We definitely enjoy the happy hour and the great breakfast. A new addition is the contactless checkin, using your phone as your room key. We still had to stop at the desk for the drink tickets. Perhaps they could just put them in the room, but as they weren’t busy it was no problem. One issue is that the coffee/tea maker was not working right. "

"As always, this was a wonderful stay! Some of the repairs in the room were a bit sloppy which was surprising. But I love this hotel. The staff are wonderful!"

"Staff is nice. Clean room. Only turnoff are the fees for parking in the hotel parking lot. This is new since my last visit. "

The staff is the Shawnee’s most valuable resource…genuinely friendly and helpful…so many folks have been there for years.
