Imagine your ideal country cottage and be enchanted by Tea Tree Cottage.
Unwind in our bright, peaceful property with 16th century beams, antique furniture and gallery standard art is mixed with modern conveniences and comfy beds with hotel quality crisp linen and towels.
Ideally positioned for Stonehenge (15 min drive) and the famous Cathedral cities of Winchester (20 min drive) and Salisbury (25 min drive) the village of Goodworth Clatford is a peaceful oasis with great pubs, vineyards, golf courses and the dramatic water meadow and chalk hills countryside of the Test Valley in Hampshire all within walking distance or nearby.
Here you can find world-class fishing, wonderful walks and cycle paths, and everything the English countryside has to offer, but still within just over an hour train journey to Central London.
Tea Tree Cottage has three main bedrooms with an ensuite to the master, plus a study with a sofa bed, a family bathroom.
It has a full kitchen with oven, microwave/airfryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with a living room/music room, a dining room and tv room completing the ground floor accommodation.
Outside is a courtyard garden that is the perfect place to sit and experience the peace and quiet, punctuated by birdsong.
Because of its access to main road and rail arteries, Goodworth Clatford is an ideal base to explore England and the West Country for both your family and your dog(s), all of whom will see Tea Tree Cottage as a true home from home, ideal for a short break, or longer stay.

Wonderful family getaway!
The cottage itself was incredibly comfortable for our large family. The bedrooms were beautiful, the kitchen was fully equipped, and everything was very clean, we found everything we needed and really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect, close to a cute pub, and with walking trails nearby to enjoy, as well as a short drive into town for supplies. The host was kind and attentive, and provided us with welcome information specific to our interests. All around a great experience and would certainly book again!

Very well equipped and comfortable
Location: Cottage is conveniently located in the middle of Goodworth Clatford, which is itself very close to Andover. Parking: We were able to park right in front of the house. Very convenient Communication: Giles the owner/manager was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Bed comfort/sleep quality: Surprisingly excellent beds actually. Among the best I have stayed in/slept on - and I've been an VRBO (or similar) user for many years, all over the world. Kitchen: Well equipped - was easy to make meals for kids there. Bathrooms: Updated, with good shower pressure, and nice Pears soap. Wifi: Strong and worked well through out the house. Overall impression: Would be delighted to stay again. What you are getting is a compact, well-appointed cottage, with three good bedrooms and two good bathrooms upstairs. The downstairs space has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two living rooms. The whole experience was excellent. My parents live nearby, and so I was there with my wife and kids to visit them, rather than to do tourism type activities in the area. One expected bonus is how gorgeous the garden is - it is maintained by the owner of the neighbouring cottage, and it is truly a jewel. I was able to enjoy it from the courtyard/driveway area, and the neighbour was kind enough to invite me in to look around. 10/10 experience overall and a big thank you to Giles!
