"What a cute condo! It had everything we needed from cooking supplies to board games to sleds! The host was super kind to make sure we could arrive ahead of the New Years Eve celebration at K-1. We also checked out the sports club - indoor pool and hottub - which was nice. Plenty of wood meant we could have a nice fire roaring as the snow fell. Truly picturesque. "After a windy New Years Day on the mountain, our post holiday stay was just what we were looking for. Spacious with a huge TV and sofa, cozy with ability to adjust the temperature in each room and a spiral staircase enjoyed by my grandson. Andrew responded immediately when we needed to get in touch. And the proximity to Stratton Mt Ski area was just a 2 mi drive up the road. Wonderful spot."

"My family had a great stay at this condo. Usually there is something we would change about our rental homes, but I can't think of anything that was wrong with this stay. The place was clean, bright, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and most importantly, was just steps away from Village Run trail which took us straight to the Solitude Lift. I did interact with Vacasa and didn't have any issues with them. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay here again!"

Apparently they had sent separate email that required ID verification and was deleted as I thought it was spam. I completely understand why this would be helpful but has never been required at any place I've stayed before. The problem is that this was never communicated in the text I received day prior or with booking email. When I realized I had received no checkin details it then took over 1.5 hrs...

"This is my second time staying in the village. Both times something went wrong. This time the heat did not work when we arrived and had to have someone come fix it, except they did not fix it or put us up in another unit. He showed me how to manually make the heat come off and on and I had to get us three times my first night on vacation to do this. Not cool. Than the next day I called twice to get it addressed. It eventually was but making sure the heat works should be on the che k list. "
