"I stayed at the lovely cabin on Robs property a few weeks ago. It was so nice and clean and was safe for a person traveling solo. Rob was very responsive when I had a question and there was a local gentleman available for support in the event something came up. I loved his place! Thank you"

"Loved this little place. Great stay for me and my two daughters. Quiet, clean, and with plenty of amenities. Redding is a lovely city, with lots of fun stuff to do. Highly recommend."

"Once a year my family gets together for a family reunion at a ranch in Cottonwood. The reunion is filled with a ton of family activities, swimming, and the occasional all day lake trip to Whiskeytown. Leaving the party each night to return home to this little cottage was nothing less than the title suggests"

"This year we decided that instead of buying presents, we would spend time together in a cozy cabin in the woods. We arrived and had a little bit of a hard time finding our cabin and since, it was the 24th of December and there was no one to help us get to our cabin, we started looking around. The place itself is beautiful because it is in nature but there is unnecessary stuff all around, even a plane. Huge backyard with a stone fire pit and outdoor dining - Cozy 3 bedroom cottage

"We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter...

"The decor was unobtrusively part of the house, yet drew you in at the same time. A lot of thought went into making you feel welcome,and then immediately at home at the same time. Everything was spotless clean, an inviting aroma just as you walk in. Everything was explained in friendly detail. This was a 5 star experience. We will be back. "We enjoyed our stay at the river house. We loved the views of the river from most of the house, the large backyard oasis and the swing down by the river. Staying on the river made the Redding heat so much more bearable and we loved spending the cool mornings and evenings down at the water. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!"
