"When we arrived we were upset to find that the door to the hotel was locked and no one was there to answer the bell. We waited for an hour before finally getting a store clerk to call (we don't travel with a phone) and have the owner let us in. We were further frustrated when he then could not find the reservation we'd made through hotels.com.
