TJ was by far the best VRBO host i have dealt with! The place is as good, if not better, than portrayed in the listing. The place was clean, organized and well stocked with essentials. We stayed at the property for two nights before our Alaska trip. We had pick this home because it was listed 4 bikes and four helmets free to use. The home was located near bike trails, which we were looking so forward to using while we stayed there the two days, I messaged the owner and asked where the bikes were was told because of insurance issues they are no longer offered. Never has changed it in the listing. Still stating the house came with four bikes and helmets to use. We would’ve never booked the property. Also it took the owner seven hours to respond to me.

Great place, clean and has everything that you need for your stay. When we had an issue, the owner handled it immediately a little difficult to find in the middle of the night because the street to the property is dark but after a couple of U-turns we figured it out.

Our stay was very good. The property is in good condition and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a few snacks and items you may forget at the store. The location was fabulouse to access Anchorage shopping and restaurants. The property manager was so easy to contact and willing to answer any questions. I will stay here again with my family.
