All VRBO bookings will have a $300 damage/incidental hold placed and will be released 48 hours after check out.

-Do not attempt to access the unit next door - it's a separate unit with people living in it.
-Pets might be allowed with prior approval, please reach out to us before your stay. Please make sure to pick up after them and dispose of any waste. If there is any damage or extra cleaning due to the pet there may be a charge for it. It is 50$ per pet per stay for the reservation.
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.

We only stayed one night, but were impressed by the cleanliness and finish of the condo. Walking distance to downtown. Drive to airport was very manageable. Property manager was super responsive and accommodating of reasonable requests. Would recommend.

This property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect with easy walking access to downtown. It’s in a locked building so it felt very safe. The host was responsive and eager to assist. Two thumbs up from our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Anchorage downtown
The place is so well organized and clean. It had all the needed items for toiletries and kitchen. They also had a separate area for washing clothes that was shared by other units but was not an inconvenience to us. It was walking distance from downtown anchorage so we did not need a car to get to and from the rail depot as well as to downtown. The only recommendation will be to put batteries in the Brita filter as was not sure whether the filters were valid or not.
