This is a clean, beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, fully remodeled kitchen with a range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, Ninja Grill Foodie, Nutria Bullet, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, mugs, and storage containers. The kitchen has an island with bar stools. The unit also has a balcony with an outside grill and griddle. Additionally, there is a storage room with a washer and dryer and a chest freezer for storing frozen items during extended stays.

This unit comes with Wi-Fi and Smart TV with more than 14,000 channels. In addition to the two beds a 60"W x 90"L self-inflating queen size air mattress with bedding is available in the unit. This will expand your sleeping capacity to six personnel.

Fabulous place!
We loved our stay at Troy’s place. The apt was exactly as described. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a tea kettle! I’ll definitely suggest this place to others who maybe traveling to Anchorage. Kava House is right around the corner and was great for breakfast!

Everything was perfect....welcome sign, a couple snacks to eat, (which was super helpful after a long flight), attentive owner. Troy followed up with us on our arrival day before we got there with a phone call, to make sure we had everything. He even called us during our stay to let us know that a moose was in the backyard if we wanted to see it. The place was very clean and organized. He thought of everything to make or stay perfect. I can't say enough of the place. Definitely a gold standard of rentals.

The apartment was nicely decorated and updated. The deck had a decent view of the snow capped mountains. It was quiet in the neighborhood. The host checked to make sure we were able to check in ok and left us with a small gift, bottles of water, coffee and a few other food items. It was fully stocked with cooking items, toiletries, blankets, etc.

My month stay in this extremely well kept VRBO was amazing! I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked-morning coffee, spices, kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. Very nice place, comfortable, turn key ready. Host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He called to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was warm while we visited, and as properties in Alaska dont have a/c, he bought fans after our first night realizing that the fans would make our stay more comfortable. Would stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and quiet. The owner, Troy, was very welcoming and had great suggestions for places nearby. He provided lots of amenities that you usually don't find in rentals. There was a lighted welcome sign inside with our name which was a nice touch, along with a small gift for staying there. Lots of coffee, bottled water, crackers and some other snacks all provided. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very modern and cool. The personalized electronic greeting ("Welcome, _____ family") was charming. Good location with easy access to main roads and highways. Great value for the price. Close property as you drive in from interior alaska. The apartment is easy to access and directions are easy to follow. Troy was great at communicating. The apartment is upstairs of a garage so walking around a little louder isn’t a huge deal. The owners thought of everything. Towels are oversized and super soft. The apartment is clean and they lay out is simple and easy. Beds are comfortable. There is a private deck to use. The laundry is not in the unit, but in the garage in a private room, so it is not shared laundry. Apartment is absolutely beautiful water pressure in the shower is really good, we felt quite safe in the neighborhood and could have walked around with our kiddos and felt comfortable. Parking is reserved so not street parking. This will be our 2x a year anchorage spot from now on.
