Villa Cofresi Hotel
5/5 Excellent
Love love love
"This was the hotel that made me think that if you do your work with love and have a good relationship with your coworkers (or at least seem like it), it will show positively to the guests too. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and seemed like were family to each other. I loved the extra detail and effort they put in. For example, when we asked for beach towels, they could have just honored our request. But, instead they go the further distance of mentioning "by the way we have umbrellas and chairs too, do you want those as well"? Situations like these has happened many times. I felt the front desk was really patient with me with my questions too.
I loved the decor and the detail (e.g. the spherical "plants" around the hotel). I felt very comfortable there.
Only negative things I can think of is there was this awkward step in our room leading to the bathroom that I stumbled the first few times on, with me not getting used to it yet.
Also, I tried having an Amazon delivery sent there, but it ended up getting sent back because their listed address isn't the address you're supposed to use, but they should be sent to a PO Box instead. I think when I called the place to check on this they didn't mention it (and I believe they said the listed address would be good and to just make sure to include my name). This may be the same around all of PR?
I want to come back and wish I could have booked more nights to try out more of the amenities and explore the area!"
