Anarita Chorio is our holiday home away from home. Welcome to this presentation that showcases our town house, a fantastic example of luxury holiday rentals. Just Perfect!
So sad to leave this lovely home which is in a perfect location. The house is supplied with absolutely everything you need including comfortable furniture / beds. The outside space is idyllic with very pretty surroundings and a pool that we had to ourselves most of the time. Anarita village is very quaint with a very friendly taverna & restaurant and a pretty church. Perfectly situated just 10 mins from airport, local beaches and supermarkets. Everything was just as expected and communication & information from Steve was outstanding. Stewart was super quick to respond and help when needed. Overall, just a perfect place that we didnt want to leave! 😪 Thank you for letting us share your lovely home 🏡 June & Ian

Lovely townhouse with a choice of 3 communal pools.
Very enjoyable stay in this townhouse which is very close to Paphos airport and close to Paphos Town and several very nice beaches a short drive away. Supermarket is about 10 minute drive away. A car is definitely needed as the location is a little remote. The property has the use of 3 very nice communal pools spread across the development. Communication with the host was excellent. Always quick to respond when we messaged him.

Wonderful and very well equipped home from home!
We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at Stephen and Androulla's apartment, It is a very comfortable well equipped place to stay, they have thought of so many things that make you feel like you are really in a home from home. We loved the covered terrace that leads straight on to the pool area, it's a great place to sit at any time of the day. Anarita is a very quiet little village but we love to be away from the crowds. You need a car but everything is within easy driving distance when you need it. We absolutely love Cyprus, it’s stolen a little bit of our hearts, hence our return this year. We had wonderful meals at both Gabriel’s and Olivio’s thanks to Steve's recommendations, we also went to Melitzia in Tala, our favourite from last year, their Kleftico is amazing! We had a trip into the Troodos to Caledoinia Falls, Troodos Square and a Trek up Mount Olympos including the stunning view point. We visited Kourion Archaeological site. Wow! And Kolossi Castle on the way home. Plus the Gorge, and not to be missed, lunch at the Last Castle (Viklari), another fave from last year! We loved visiting the little beach bar at Mandria for Sunset Drinks, that beach is never busy no matter what time of day you go, and we had a wonderful lunch at Kentpoikon in Mandria and also at the Pissouri Beach Cafe! We are sad to be home! Thank You Seve and Androulla for entrusting your wonderful holiday home to us, we hope to return one day soon!

Lovely property, highly recommended
Beautiful house, very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Very good communication with both the owners and property manager. The complex in which the house stands is also of a very high standard. The only reason for 4 stars for location is that very little was open in the village during our stay (January, so to be expected) so a car was essential.

Very nice Villa
Very nice Villa in a peaceful location, fairly central but a car is necessary for getting around. Well equipped with all you need and the Nespresso coffee machine was nice and well used. Very nice swimming pools for adults and children. Tavernas in the village for traditional and European food. If you want a peaceful and relaxing break this is a good place to stay.

Cannot fault this place, it has absolutely everything you need for your stay, very comfortable beds, fully equipped with everything you need. Located in a quiet area, Communication with the owner was great and with Stewart who helped us work out the TV settings. The place was spotless and an absolute credit to the owners. Probably one of highest standard places I’ve stayed! Beautiful property with outstanding amenities and spotlessly clean throughout. Spacious inside and out! The village is so near to airport and all of main resorts however, a car is a MUST as situated in a rather remote village. We had a fantastic holiday thank you Steve your house is beautiful well decorated and furnished everything was there if we needed it. The pool was great local restaurant Olivios and the cork and bottle very good for food. Car definitely recommended but is not far to get to Paphos,Kouklia,and Pissouri. If you want a quiet holiday then this is where to come if you have a car you can come and go as you please so don’t be put off from it’s location. Thank you Denise and Terry

Fantastic!!!
We have just returned home after a wonderful two weeks at this property, it is a home from home, quality furnishings and appliances throughout the house. Beds are comfortable, quality bedding and linen, nice outdoor furniture which we used lots! The area is very quiet and relaxing, had the pool to ourselves. Stuart is fantastic and is on hand to help out at any time should you need any help at all, Steve the owner has been excellent. The prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, thank you very much , we will be back soon!!!

Wonderful fully equipped property
Stayed in this property for ten days a few weeks ago. Lovely modern house with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furnishings. Everything you require in a home from home including pool towels, UK internet television and good speed Wi-Fi. Lovely pool a few steps away from the patio which we often had to ourselves! Great location, close to motorway, local traditional villages, beaches, Paphos town, supermarket with good range of Cypriot and English produce and local attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Cyprus and would definitely stay here again.

The house is gorgeous, finished to a high standard, everything you could possibly need. The setting is so peaceful in amongst farm land and the lovely village of Anarita. Pools are quiet and relaxing. In a great location for exploring Pafos and surrounding area. A perfect escape to chill and unwind. We will be back !

Beautifully finished and equipped, a lovely out of season location
We stayed 18-25 March when the weather in Cyprus was mostly perfect. The last two days were badly affected by Sahara dust but that's not the fault of the property! Understandably the unheated pool was too cold to use, but we could see how lovely it would be in the summer. Anarita village is small, traditional and very handy for the airport ... with very little airplane noise. There's a local, large supermarket that stocks all the brands UK visitors are familiar with, including some Waitrose items. Gabriel's restaurant in nearby Kouklia serves great food in a traditional taverna location at very reasonable prices. The villa itself is very well equipped and having often stayed in rentals where you have to go out and buy all the basics on day one (and leave a lot behind when you depart) - kitchen roll, cling film, salt, pepper, hand wash, dishwasher tablets, etc - it was really nice to find everything we needed was there. The owners have furnished it in a modern style with all the finishing touches of a luxury hotel. Like many of the previous guests who wrote in the visitor's book, we would happily stay again. Thank you for a lovely week.
