I found the security and a check-in staff were a bit impatient and arrogant. (not everyone though). Beautiful place to stay. Would recommend to anyone. "

"There is a variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, the deserts are particularly good. The location is good, being directly located on the beachfront promenade. The hotel itself would benefit from a refresh. Improved modern lighting, furniture and decorations in addition to improved ventilation would be recommended. This would help improve the atmosphere in the level -1 spaces."

"We had an amazing time at the Annabelle! The staff was very helpful in helping us find the perfect room for us! The only downside I would have to say, and this isn’t the hotels fault at all, is that the boardwalk gets a bit noisy early morning with workout classes, people, and birds. I’d recommend an inside facing room to try to block that out."

"Everything was fine, nice location, good room size, comfortable beds, very good variety of food, free parking, close walk to the beach. Our stay would be much better if the outdoor swimming pools were heated"

"The location, style, and level of service are excellent. However we had two main problems. 1. Our room was noisy. We could often hear loud noises from the rooms above and beside us. 2. The facilities were too crowded. At breakfast there was not a table for everyone. Some people had to sit outside in the cold. At the indoor pool there were not enough lockers in the changing room and not enough loungers for everyone to sit in. Sauna and hot tub were filled to capacity."

"Absolutely fantastic in every very aspect. Super comfy beds and pillows, very clean, and the food is to die for. The alcoholic drinks are also good. Aziz prepared cocktail’s up to our liking and made recommendations. All staff working there are extremely kind and polite. Nothing is a problem. We truly felt welcome and taken good care of. We have departed from the hotel at 7pm for our flight. We were allowed to use hotel facilities (including diner) until our departure. There is a luggage room...
