"You have one exceptional employee! Tiamana went above and beyond!! We were out on the streets buying something and we didn’t speak Malagasy. Tiamana walked by and came to the rescue! He could’ve walked by and went home, but stayed and helped us out! At the hotel he was always kind and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! Love you Tiamana! "Very safe, secure and friendly hotel in Antananarivo. Bonus of having an ATM (Visa inly) and a french patisserie on site. Good with their airport shuttle service too. "

"Nice and grand lobby. The manager welcomes and helps us with the Chinese menu. Free shuttle bus to International Airport with 5 minute driving distance. Excellent service over all! Definitely will book this hotel again if we come back Madagascar. "

"The area it’s really bad, if you are going with your family I do not recommend it. The area it is full of people living in the street and beggars. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and good rooms but there is not hot water and they have to check always your fridge to find out if you have taken anything. Be careful of the taxi fares as they will try and charge you double. "
