Welcome to the Disney Terrace in Anaheim, a newly remodeled contemporary house with a very spacious landscaped garden. Located less than a mile from the Disneyland ticket booth, it is the perfect location for a family vacation with fireworks from the backyard!
Disney Terrace was recently remodeled with the addition of a master bedroom and bath, a spacious family room, and an open-concept kitchen. Located right off the 5 Freeway, it is easily accessible from Los Angeles and San Diego and all local airports. We are less than a mile from Disneyland entrance – a short 15-minute walk on well-lit streets with hotels and restaurants. Leave your car in our driveway and save on parking and gas! Our house is in top condition: new paint, new carpeting and tile floors, new kitchen and bathrooms, and brand-new contemporary furniture. And to complete your “please feel at home” theme, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked for a great family vacation.

For your sleeping experience, the house has 3 bedrooms and a large den. The master bedroom, located at the back of the house, has a King-size bed with 2 night stands and a dresser. It has its own bathroom and direct access to the backyard and patio area. The center bedroom is furnished with 3 twin beds (bunk beds); with books, board games, toys, and stuffed animals stored in large under-bed drawers, this room will delight young kids. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed with 2 night stands. All bedrooms have large cabinets to store your clothing and suitcases out of the way. Right of the master bedroom is a den furnished with a sofa bed: an excellent retreat for reading a book and an easy conversion to a queen-sized bed for parties with nin guests.

The 2 bathrooms were completely remodeled with contemporary tile work, cabinetry, and new shower tubs with sliding glass doors.

Our remodeled kitchen has a beautiful glass tile backsplash, granite countertops, brand-new cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Being open to the dining area and family room, it is a great location to prepare a home-cooked meal, keep an eye on the kids, and/or socialize with the rest of your vacation party. You will also find all your kitchen essentials and more, making it easy to fix breakfast in the morning and prepare an elaborate home-cooked meal for dinner. Enjoy your meal in our large dining area around our large wooden dining table.

Our laundry room is equipped with a washer, a gas dryer, and your general cleaning supplies. The above cabinets are stocked with additional bedding and bath supplies and provide additional storage for long-stay vacationers.

Our newly added family room with brand-new leather couches provides ample space to relax after a fun day in Disneyland or exploring Southern California. Adults and kids will all appreciate the entertainment unit with its flat-screen TV, Netflix, and DVDs. For some game time, step into the adjacent garage, where you’ll find an air hockey table, pool table, dart board, and more.

Our spacious garden was professionally landscaped with new sprinkler systems, grass, and fresh flowers. It is fully enclosed with brand new vinyl fencing so kids can play outside safely - a peace of mind for moms! Visitors will enjoy our large mandarin tree! The backyard is equipped with barbeque and patio furniture with an umbrella. And for added relaxation, take a few minutes to lie down on our outdoor lounging deck.

We have decorated, furnished, and stocked our house to bring you the most memorable vacation, and we hope you will enjoy our place. If we missed anything or if you have any questions, please inquire.

Check-in and Check-out are made easy as we have a key-less door lock for which we send you instructions and a personal door code a few days before arrival. So, there is no worries if you arrive really late: you will always be able to get into our vacation home.

Great family home, very comfortable. Easy five min to Disney, definitely would not walk though. House is in a nice neighborhood, close to convenience stores and restaurants. Definitely watched the fireworks from back yard up close. Would definitely recommend staying. Kids loved dress up and toys while they were there .

If you don't mind a 15 min walk to Disneyland, this is ideal for either a short or extended stay in the area. Surprisingly spacious inside, clean and well-equipped with a good back yard that we unfortunately didn't make use of due to the cooler weather in December.

The house was perfect for our family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids (4&7). The house had everything we needed, couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom to work, but didn’t really affect our trip as we weren’t at the house much. Would stay again!

This place was perfect for our adult kids and grand kids close to everything quiet and safe. And no joke on the firework’s literally in the back yard. Scared is the first night then we were excited to watch them our last night got cozied up in the backyard to watch them and the park ended up closing due to earthquake. Loved that the house was decorated for Christmas great touch

Family Disney Fun
We loved this place as the base for a 11 day stay in the sun from the New Zealand winter. Perfect for three families (4 kids and 5 adults). The hikio to Disney parks was an easy 20 minute stroll (just remember we drive in the other side of the road when checking for traffic crossing the road). We would use this accomodation again if we return. Thanks from the Young and Khov families

Very convenient, clean. Friday through Sunday night there’s fireworks from Disneyland that feel very close and can be seen from the backyard. Grass are clean for kids to run around.

This place is clean and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everything was smooth and perfect. 20 min walk to the security gates at Disney and we watched the fireworks from the park in the back yard. It’s well stocked and updated. My family loved it! THANKS!

I don’t feel the walk to Disney is very safe for kids and strollers you have to walk over interstate 5 and between on and off ramps where there are no pedestrian walk lights although my adult daughters walked it with no problems neighborhood was nice fireworks were great view from back yard

Family thanksgiving
This house is amazing. Comfortable, clean and perfectly set up for kids. We met our son his wife and 3 little boys there. The kids wouldn't even leave their room, there were so many toys. Easy walk to Disneyland. Only thing we didn't think of is bringing own soap and shampoo. We even cooked our Thanksgiving turkey dinner there. Thanks for sharing your house.

Great Property Centrally Located
Great place. Kids enjoyed the home. The only hiccup we had was the description of the property advertised a large den and there was no actual den. There is a reading nook with a pull out bed. There is no door to the reading nook so whoever sleeps in that area has no privacy and it’s directly next to the master bedroom. This was a big issue at the start of our trip as we have a pre-teen who was expecting to have privacy . Other than that the house was great.

4 night Disney Stay
House was clean in a mediocre neighborhood. Communication with the property owner was good and check in was smooth. We took a uber to and from the park every day, it ranged from 6-13 each way. The strollers are in very used condition, I recommend bringing your own. You can definitely see the fireworks from the backyard which was one of the highlights of the house. We will most likely stay somewhere closer to the park on our next visit. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in your home:)

Absolutely wonderful!
We had a great stay! Perfect location to Disneyland and CA Adventure, close to stores and shopping and a quick drive to the beach! The house was perfect for the 9 of us… 2 adults, 5 young adults, and 2 teens. We stayed over Christmas and the house was decorated nicely with a tree and everything. It was perfect. We also enjoyed the back patio playing games and the perfect view of the Disneyland fireworks each night. The garage quickly became known as “the man cave” with its pool table and darts. The only downside was that there is no dishwasher… but we just used paper products. Would definitely go back again! Thanks for a great stay!

Great cozy property, near Disneyland and the heart of Anaheim.
This is a good, professionally done property. We arrived and checked in and the space was great for my family. It is literally in walking distance to Disneyland and you can see fireworks from the main bedroom, backyard and family room. The garage is well done, it has a nice pool table and ice hockey table. Plenty of space for a family for a multi-night stay. The only downsides are the neighborhood is very blue collar. Some of the homes are well kept and others look they need some TLC. Also, the property does not have an electronic dishwasher and there are no TVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Great for families.
This is a great house to stay if you have a family. My husband and I brought our two grandchildren… Ages, seven and three, and our daughter for a fun Disneyland adventure. We normally stay in hotels, but decided with the Littles that it might be a better idea to try a house. The extra room was fabulous… Having the kids in their own bedroom, having a dining room table… A kitchen to make meals and lunches to pack for the park - and two bathrooms made the trip so much more relaxing and so much more convenient. I loved the thought they put in to the kids bedroom… Filled with toys and costumes and things for the kids to do while we were in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed… Super convenient to Disney as well. We would definitely come back again.

This home fit our needs. We walked to Disneyland the first day of our stay, it was about 20-ish minutes but a with an incline that I hadn't been able to see in the map version. After that we Uber-ed. The home was clean. The mattress could use replacing. There is no dishwasher - which I just missed in the listing, but we didn't use a lot of dishes, so it wasn't too big of a deal to wash them. We would stay there again - especially if there are new mattresses.

Great family rental close to Disneyland
This house is a perfect rental for a family trip to Disneyland! It was an easy walk to the parks (20 minutes or so), and you can even see the Disney fireworks from the backyard. The rental has lots of space, and our sons (4 and 2) loved the play/bunk room. The backyard is lovely on a sunny afternoon. The house is also really well-equipped for traveling with small children - there is a high chair, pack and play, and two (!) strollers available for use. We brought one of our own strollers for our 2yo, but it was great to have a second so that our 4yo would have that option in the parks too. The host was very responsive and the check-in instructions were very clear and complete. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again for another trip to Anaheim with our family, and would highly recommend it.

Comfortable Home in a Quiet Location
We took our family vacation to Disneyland this summer (there were 7 of us). The Disney Terrace is a lovely home with several upscale amenities. The kitchen is well appointed, the living room spacious, and the bedrooms comfortable. It also has the added benefit of beautiful landscaping, including the backyard (with lots of room for kids to play or adults to lounge on the covered, built in loungers). We were able to walk to/from Disneyland -- and on those days when we wanted to go at different times, it was very easy to drive the crew over, unload in a drop off zone, and return back to the house. Extremely efficient air conditioning was welcomed with the warm days of summer. The owner is very easy to work with; our questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely fashion. We recommend the Disney Terrace for your stay in Anaheim.

A Great Place to Stay!
One quirk then the good - the house doesn't have a dishwasher and there were no sponges, so make sure to bring your own. Other than that, the house was perfect for the seven of us on our trip. The master bedroom is spacious and, while the bathroom is small - this is a 1950s-built house - it's better than most hotels would be. Kitchen is set up conveniently for those eating there - we had breakfast every day before heading to the park and enjoyed some less than $14 ice cream at the end of each night. It's not a 10-minute walk - the house is about a mile to the park - but it takes just minutes to get home after a long day of trekking through Disneyland. And not only can you see the fireworks but (spoiler alert) you can see the special effect on top of the Matterhorn from the porch as well. All in all, my wife said this was her favorite of the three homes we've rented in our trips to Southern California the past few years.
