Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families.

There are three master suites with Cal-King beds, each with a private bathroom. Two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms have travertine/marble floors, custom raised panel cabinetry, granite countertops, and upgraded custom-designed showers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

Open-concept Kitchen and dining area with travertine floors. The Kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry with granite countertops, a travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher). The dining room seats 6, with an additional family room and kitchen counter seating. A half bath and a full-size washer and dryer are located off the Kitchen and Master Bedroom #3.

The game room in the garage has a full-size pool table, Stiga Ping-Pong table, foosball, and toys. In addition, there are strollers, high chairs, booster seats, and pack-n-plays for infants and toddlers.

All bedrooms have 47' LCD TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat.

The rear yard has a beautiful rock pool, in-ground Jacuzzi, raised walls, stonework, and lighted waterfalls. A scored concrete deck surrounds the pool. There is also an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. It is a nice short walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way. You can watch Disneyland fireworks from the back and front yards.
