Carpet was wet under the table, we let the staff know, and they supposed to bring a fan to dry it, but they didn’t . Both days carpet was very wet . We also ask for extra pillows for my kids and we call front desk three times and they came 3 hours later to bring them. When we left my son notice that he forgot his blanket at the room, we came back to the hotel and ask for the blanket and they said nothing was at the room . I’m so disappointed.

The room had a thermostat that went down to 65. You’d think that would be cold, but in fact the actual temperature in our room was 75-80 the entire time. They had signs that basically say suck to suck we can’t do anything about it. Room service was great the first two days then the room service just never came back. That was a little disappointing. All in all, the hotel is gorgeous with some fun amenities including an arcade and a rather luxurious bar. They do happy hour from 5:30-7 where the drinks and snacks are free! I would come back here again, but would hope the AC issue and room service issue have been resolved.

The room was not clean. The carpet not vacuumed and the bathroom floor had hair. The door to the bathroom was dirty with stains and hair on it and the lock to the bathroom was malfunctioning.

Our stay at this property was disappointing. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and fell short of our cleanliness expectations. Despite being advertised as close to Disneyland, it’s actually a 15-minute drive away. The hotel shares a parking lot with a nightclub, and the atmosphere wasn't particularly family-friendly, with people coming and going late into the night. The location is right next to the highway, making it noisy and not walkable. The windows and doors are poorly insulated, so we were constantly disturbed by traffic noise. Additionally, the doors were difficult to open and close, with many broken parts. The shower was often cold, and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. While the room was larger than average, it was not well maintained. Overall, this is not a place I would choose to stay at again.

There must have been bed bugs or insects on the couch. Two people that sat and slept there woke up full of bites and rashes all over their body. It was such a terrible expirence.

Broken table. Front desk refused to move me to a new room even though they were not full booked. Even the maintenance worker asked and was also refused. So they had th Mickey Mouse the table to fix. There were homeless roaming about. Even though I checked in early. Which was nice, because of the broken table I was able to unpack or get comfortable. At night, the nightclub next door has so many patrons that it took a bit to get into the hotel. Staff was friendly but not up to my expectations.
