Situated right across the street from Disneyland’s Micky and Friends parking structure, guests need only walk just 0.6 miles, or 10 minutes to the Tram Station at Magic Way, then take a FREE FUN ride to Disneyland’s entrance. Or if you prefer to take bus/shuttle, the nearest bus/shuttle stop at Holiday Inn is just 600 feet from property. Great Location! Uber is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

This 4 bed rooms(include 2 master suites) single family house has all the amenities that you need--strong Wi-Fi, central A/C, lots of options for watching TV/movies, grilling, playing pool, swimming in the pool, cooking, laundry, and more. All in a safe and quiet environment. Everything has been comfortable and the house is well-stocked. What a clean and safe place for family/ friends gathering or an efficient hub for college remote study.

City collects Trash on Tuesday, please move three trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, good for 5 cars include RV. Street Parking Not allowed and will get ticket with $40 fine. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.

Great Parks house
Large comfortable house with all the facilities required for a family trip to theme parks. Hot tub a bonus! Walkable through Disney hotel car park to parks. Owner very responsive. Recommended.

Was clean and fun. 10 minute walk to the monorail for a quicker Disney downtown arrival. The house was close to shopping, etc. was great.

Overall stay was fantastic, there was some bubbling on the flooring that could cause hazards with inattentive persons but wasn't a big deal for our group, general communication was phenomenal with the owner, Was able to drop off bags before check-in time in the garage which was a huge help with our timelines Would stay again.

The Perfect Family Location For Disney
This was one of the best VRBO experiences you could ask for. The home was spacious, clean, supplied with amenities for a casual stay and a great space for large families (we had a party of 8). One of the major highlights was the host’s impressive communication style and thoughtfulness throughout our trip! The best part is the close proximity to Disney! The property is very close to the Disneyland parks (a good 15-20 minute walk) which saves on parking costs. Owner is very communicative and makes sure your stay is the best possible.

Another Disney Family Vacation
I think this is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Roger’s property. The space and location are perfect for my large family with little ones. The home is stocked with what we need. My grandson locked a bedroom door and Roger answered immediately with where to find the way to unlock it. I used the kitchen to cook breakfast a couple of times and had all the supplies needed. We were able to walk to and from Disneyland very quickly and easily. We will likely stay here again in the future.

Large house very close to Disneyland
This place is ideal for bringing a bunch of kids to Disneyland. Even has a pool table and foosball table in the garage. Large kitchen well equipped. Full size washer/dryer. Air conditioner works well.

Wonderful family Disney vacation
This house fit our family perfectly. We came from three households with four teens and and eight year old. The location was great for walking to the parks. Fun view of the fireworks on nights we were home. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs. He provided the perfect amount of communication, making sure that we had what we needed but also leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely book again for our next trip.

Great house for a Disneyland vacation
This house was great for our family vacation to Disneyland, it was large and roomy. The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked several meals there. The kids loved the pool and the Xbox. At 9:30 pm every night Disneyland has a fireworks show, from the front porch of this house we had a tremendous view of the fireworks, which is great to leave Disney before the fireworks, thus avoiding huge crowds all leaving at once when the fireworks ended.

Had a great time staying here with our adult children . We were a group of 7 in total . The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . Plenty of room for us to spread out at the end of the day . Roger the host is so nice and detailed in his communication and recommendations for local attractions . “ kids “ used the hot tub but we never had the time to use the pool but I wish we did since it looks so nice . Great location. 5 minutes or less from the park ! Would stay here again .
