If you are going to Disneyland

We left our room in the middle of our stay and our keys stopped working when we came back. Cars land is like 20 feet away, the ride and riders can be heard.

Alpine Inn was perfect

Ok, family vacation from Phoenix to Disneyland, wife and 3 kids. Little one is only months old so all that was needed was a pack and play. Alpine provides free cold breakfast, coffee, milk and OJ. They also don't charge for parking as many of the motels/hotels near DL entrance see to charge. We spent all day at park for 4 consecutive days and all we needed was a clean place to sleep. We got that perfectly at a very inexpensive rate +free parking + free continental breakfast. We walked the 1/2 mile to the main entrance and explored all day. Plenty of restaurants (sit down or fast food variety) within a mile of the Alpine Inn. All the desk attendants were very nice, informative and cordial. We plan on staying here on all upcoming DL visits (provided they are not booked out). 5 stars, as I was not expecting personal concierge or the like, just a great located inexpensive clean room to sleep and get ready for the next days adventure. They do have a pool, but only saw 1 person in it, as we are from Phoenix and used to much higher temps and water temps. We came for 1 thing only.

Location and clean

Great location and room was super clean. Do not expect any thing special here as there is noting. But location is great and room was super clean. The breakfast was so bad that they would do better to get rid of it if they are not going to upgrade it. Everything was prepackaged. For location I would stay there again, but not for the price paid. Spend a little more to get a nice pool, breakfast etc.

Comfortable room and friendly staff

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. My Only complaint was that it was a longer walk to disneyland than I had expected. Walking with my five year old it took 18 minutes, which isn't too bad but coupled with walking all day at the parks it was torture. Overall I would recommend but next time I will be staying closer.

Spring break @ Disneyland

Our family has been coming here for about 15 years. I like the upgrades. Parking is tight , not many spaces but close to Disneyland and no need to drive. We parked and walked 2 days to the park and restaurants nearby. Free breakfast a plus .

Not a bad walk to Disney

We had four adults and three children in our group. We were able to get two connecting rooms. Rooms are straight forward and nothing too fancy. The rooms were clean and we could park for free right outside our room! The breakfast is nothing fancy and my vegan parents struggled to find much to eat but that was expected. The location is right across from the Convention Center and a 10 minute (.5 mile) walk to Disney. For the price, this is a great stay. Older hotel, but close to Disney's entrance, free parking, simple breakfast, clean, and a very nice staff.

Unprofessional.

This hotel took my reservation, confirmed it by email, then canceled it because they overbook. Beware, I'm lucky that I checked my email before I left for my destination.

There are better options

I stayed here over the holidays for a couple nights and boy was I disappointed. I didn't really get a chance to look over the room before I turned in for the night but I found that there were odd discolorations on the sheets which also weren't the most comfortable. Needless to say I slept on top of a blanket I brought for the plane. Also the towels are the worst quality ever. When housekeeping 'cleaned' all they did was make the bed and add towels. The room amenities were not restocked but luckily I had my own and the quality of the shampoo/conditioner was questionable at best. There were no outlets conveniently located to charge my phone,Though there is a breakfast of sorts provided, it is severely lacking. Given the price and pictures I was expecting much, much more.

very nice hotel next to Disneyland

1. next to a busy street. Thanks to very thick wall and door, very quiet room. 2. very clean. plenty of towels, changed everyday. clean sheet and blanket. 3. microwave and fridge in room, good 4. very close to Disneyland, 10 mins' walk (with a 3 year-old's pace) 5. frontdesk sells Disneyland tickets 6. breakfast is only muffin, granola bars, cinnamon rolls, milk, coffee, tea, cereals, and fruit. very limited varieties. but better than nothing :)

hotel services

i was there for a convention for blizzcon and the staff where prompted and also friendly. then i had checked in and greeted right away and also fast check in. after checking in i went to the room i was given and wow it was so clean i was very happy with the way it looked. there was tons of towles and also there was comp coffee there and not one thing at all that would upset me. the entire hotel was remodeled and and so was clean i will be coming back to the hotel again for next blizzcon 2014

Great value and close to Disney

I have stayed at many nice hotels in my past travels and this one was decent. It's a no frills motel that is clean, convenient, and comfortable. The value can't be beat with free wifi, free parking, and free continental breakfast. It backs right up to California Adventure and is within very comfortable walking distance to Disney. The rooms had newer contemporary style furniture with flat screen tv's. I thought the size if the room was pretty standard. There was also a small microwave and fridge which was nice to have. Overall the rooms were very clean and housekeeping came everyday and refreshed our room. The motel itself was not bad in terms of noise level. You will hear the evening festivities of Disneyland but that's what happens when you are so close! Parking was not a problem but we also stayed during the week when there were less people. The pool area looked clean and well-kept. Overall the grounds were very clean. Staff was friendly and check in check out process was very quick. We booked on Expedia and had no issues. I felt safe at this motel with my family. I would come back and have already recommended this place to others.

15 minute walk to disney entrance

Easy to park right in front of room which was helpful with 2 kids and lots of bags to lug inside. Room was quiet, could not hear cars pull in and out, could not hear guests above us. water pressure in the shower was great with a better than standard shower head. Towels were fluffy, white and unlike normal hotel towels. The bed was not very comfortable, but I am used to sleeping on a tempurpedic at home.the blankets were the typical thin hotel velour blankets. Room was recently updated and was clean without any smells. The grounds were clean. Pool was clean, water warm and you could see the pool from any room. Breakfast was horrible and the coffee was too. 7 eleven was next door so we went there for coffee. Yes I would stay again. Decent room for decent price. Parking was free.

Nice Staff but quality was lower than expected!

Staff was great except for the guy with the White BMW who was on his phone all the time we came to the office, he never said hello or anything except once! Kevin and the rest of the staff were great and made the Hotel more bearable considering the outside was not so great! Bathroom door was split and they tried to use screws to fix it, you could still see into the bathroom when someone was in there on the toilet! Only positives were the staff, cleanliness and the close proximity to Disneyland. Otherwise just a mediocre place.

Clean & Close. What else do you need?

A 15 minute walk to the park gates--with a 7-11 and other mini marts along the way. The hotel is lovely and clean, easy to check in and out, definitely did the trick. I'll stay here again, though I can imagine that the parking could get a little difficult if the place is booked.
