Check in was easy with one of the staff members. Most of the staff was helpful and nice, however one morning my husband and I asked the front desk woman if she could help us buy tickets for the blue grotto online (we had the site up on my phone so it was obvious there was a site that allowed this to be done), but she simply said "They don't like when you buy tickets online so just go there and buy them". It seemed like an answer you'd give to avoid helping someone. We weren't able to even buy tickets at the blue grotto because there was such a huge line, that's why we wanted to do it online. That was the only bad staff experience we had. Other than that, the hotel room was pleasant. There was no AC and only a small fan for the entire room. We couldn't leave the window open at night due to mosquitoes getting in, so needless to say we were hot. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and included coffee, croissants, and cereals. One inconvenient thing, was that there is WiFi but it is only available in their lounge. So anytime I wanted to get a hold of my family back home I had to get dressed and go downstairs to use the internet. We did not know this until we arrived, so it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
