"We arrived in the middle of the night to the airport at Phu Qouc. I texted the hotel via whatsapp only to find out that all rooms were full.. I sent picutres of our confirmed and paid booking but nothing helped. We took a taxi to the hotel and found out it doesnt exist. Scam! Do not be fooled by their prices on hotels or airbnb. Best regards, Not yet received my refund"

"Don’t waste your money here. The room was dirty and everything sticky. Half of the light bulbs in the room are burnt out and despite being promised they would replace them it never happened. Service was poor at the restaurant. It appears they make their money from the tour buses that bring tourists for lunch and then time on the beach.
