"The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. "

"Our room was not ready after checking in well after 4 p.m. We had to bring our own clean towels, toilet paper from the head office down the street and request garbage disposal.
