Keshar at breakfast in the lobby restaurant was very helpful & prompt with the service. I always contact the IHG Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace or Crowne Plaza Al Waha when I travel to the Kingdom. The service is always impeccable!"

"trafique front desk was great help when we checked in about 3.00am. the only problem was it took us 2 Taxis to find the correct Radisson Bllu.This was the same problem when we returned from touring. The address on the business card is also incorrect according to the Taximan."
