Lovely stay
"Loved the studio room, well stocked with the essentials being provided. Nice, clean interior, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully close to the train station. Bed was quite creaky though and a lot of the sockets had bent prongs and couldn’t be used unless fixed"

Very disappointed the museums were closed due to COVID-19, but did get to take a canal tour, Brussels trip, and tour of the countryside. Will be back soon to see the museums, my sole purpose for going to Amsterdam.

I really hope to come back some day and enjoy the city. I'm sure it's wonderful. All of the museums shut down, and now the country is basically under lock down, so we just had bad timing.

This is what the tourist industry calls a 3 day city. you can see most of the major sites in three days. Too much emphasis on weed and the bike lanes, plus tram lanes, plus cars make it very challenging with kids.
